The New World Order and Communion and Decentralisation

Foreword

I had a great interest in British and European history and geopolitics long before I started lecturing on these subjects at the ESSEC Graduate School of Business in Paris in the 1980s and 1990s. I suppose that I am probably one of the few Orthodox priests in the world who has also worked in lecturing in geopolitics and Western and Russian history. As such, I cannot help applying observations – and they are observations and not opinions – about the political world to Church life. Church life after all exists in the world shaped by politics, so the human side of Church life reflects politics, Cold War and post-Cold War. For example, the decentralisation or deglobalisation, now going on internationally, will be followed in Church life, though Church decentralisation originates from the model of the Holy Trinity, Unity in Diversity. But let us first look at the world and this process of momentous changes, which began with the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989 and has now reached the highest political level in the USA.

Part One: The End of the Old World Order

The End of the Millennial Western Cycle

In the last millennium Western Europe gradually came to dominate the world, reaching an apogee in the British and French colonial empires of the nineteenth century, which controlled nearly half of the planet. (Indeed, quite anachronistically today, those two countries, which no longer have colonial empires, still have seats on the unrepresentative UN Security Council). Then, as a result of Western Europe’s twentieth-century suicidal wars, falsely dubbed ‘World Wars’, power passed to the USA and to the ‘Wild West’ in California. Now that the US has also failed to keep its supremacy because of its own countless lost wars, we are returning to the old multipolar, pre-Western Globalist world, a decentralised world, which is what the ever-expanding BRICS, founded in Ekaterinburg in Russia in 2009, is. BRICS exists because it is representative of the real world, unlike the unrepresentative UN Security Council. And BRICS has been hugely boosted by the rout of West in the Ukraine and now by Trump’s tariffs.

The Rout of the West in the Ukraine

The Collective West’s last attempt to cling to power was to try to hang on to its domination by fighting a proxy war in Europe itself, against Russia in the Ukraine. Once Russia had been ‘reduced to rubble’ by the West, as promised by the demented Biden in 2022, the plan was to destroy China. This is why the ‘West is Best’ Westerner, the discredited liar, Boris Johnson, rightly warned that if the West lost in the Ukraine, it would lose its ‘hegemony’, that is, its domination of the world. This is correct as the Western rout in the Ukraine is now obvious. The recent sight of ‘invincible’ German tanks burning in their scores in the south of Russia’s Kursk province, a repeat of the same German defeat there in 1943, tells us the outcome of that attempt. As a result of seeing this NATO defeat, the West has been divided and Trump’s bankrupted USA is walking away, recognising that that his resources are much too limited and the Ukraine lies in the Russian sphere of influence. The ball is in the court of ever-squabbling Western Europe.

The End of Western European Power

With the anti-diplomatic insults wielded by European politicians like Macron and Starmer against Trump (anti-diplomatic because diplomacy only exists where there is free speech, and there is no free speech in Western Europe today, which is why it now has no free trade), it is clear that Western Europe has little future. None of its war criminal leaders, guilty of the deaths of hundreds of thousands of Ukrainians, has more than 25% of support from their electorates. Thus, Trump marks the end of the globalist and centralist EU and NATO as he marks the end of centralisation. The EU elite is opposed to such decentralisation because it benefited the most from centralising Globalism, unlike the 90% at the bottom of their societies. That is why, for example, Brexit was supported by the bottom half of society and is opposed by the UK Metropolitan elite of politicians and journalists, who hate economic nationalism in favour of their self-interest.

The End of the EU and the UK

The West is divided. Europe collapses. Leading an authoritarian regime, the unelected EU elite, like the anti-Brexit UK elite, is based on top-down centralisation. European centralisation (‘unity’), like Europe itself, is artificial and depends on a European Deep State, a Superstate, an authoritarian EU or ‘Frankish’ (in the UK, it is not Frankish but Norman) Dictatorship. Thus, the EU is run by autocrats and commissars like von der Leyen. They are opposed to democratic leaders like Georgescu and Le Pen, trying to imprison them, and also to states like Russia and China, where leaders, who govern in the national interest, are very popular. (The only exceptions to unpopularity in Europe are pro-Trump leaders like Orban and Fico). As they say, Western countries are governed by different Parties, but by the same Policy and therefore the Parties are called the ‘Uniparty’. On the other hand, countries like Russia and China are governed by One Party, which changes its Policies in the national interest.

Import Tariffs

The irrational, plutocratic, narcissistic and even megalomaniac import tariffs of President Trump exist because he is the only one who has the courage to try and wipe out the huge US deficit and debt of $36.7 trillion, accumulated since 1991. Though the tariffs are not the solution, they mark the end of Globalism and US domination of the world, known as ‘Unipolarity’. Unipolarity began in 1991 after the fall of Bipolarity and the fall of the Marxist Soviet Union and rule by only one Power, the USA. These tariffs are not new. They echo the attempt by Great Britain to keep its Empire through ‘Imperial Preference’. Although the decline of the British Empire can be dated to 1878, Imperial Preference, that is, British Protectionism, was systematically implemented only in the 1930s. It failed. The introduction of Protectionism, through import tariffs or other anti-free trade measures, is a survival method which comes at the end of empire, when a country is on the way out, as is the USA, despite Trump’s fantasies.

BRICS: Decentralisation Defeats Globalism

As we have said, in 1991 the world moved from Bipolarity to Unipolarity and so Western-controlled Globalism. Today we are rapidly moving back to Multipolarity, which historically speaking is Normality, for Bipolarity and Unipolarity are historically abnormal, as we can see in India before 1711, China before 1839 and Russia before 1917. And today’s Multipolarity is embodied in BRICS, the Alliance of equal and sovereign countries, the model for decentralisation and anti-imperialism. BRICS, with half the world’s population and GDP, already has many representatives from the whole Non-Western world and dozens of countries are waiting to join it, and is led precisely by three of the world’s four largest economies, China, India and Russia. Thus, China overtook the USA in 2020, even on corrupted PPP figures, in reality, probably in 2008. India is fast catching up. And, at No 4, sanctioned Russia, which two years ago overtook Germany and then Japan, already has the largest economy in Europe.

Part Two: The New World Order

The USA versus BRICS

Today, the USA elite has isolated itself through imposing its bullying tariffs and united the world against it. All Afro-Eurasia’s 128 nations are uniting against it, despite resistance from the isolated, discredited and tariffed EU, former US allies, but now isolated from Russia, China and the USA. Thanks to the tariffs, the former enemies, China, Japan and South Korea, have met together. South-East Asia is drawing towards China. China is meeting Pakistan and Afghanistan. India is meeting Bangladesh. China and India are meeting together in friendship. Russia is meeting African countries. Powerful Indonesia has joined BRICS. Few of these countries need the USA, especially a USA which imposes tariffs on their goods. They not only can, but now have to, trade with one another. Even Western Europe and Anglosphere Oceania will be thrown into the embrace of China and, in the case of suicidal and much-weakened Western Europe, ironically, also into the embrace of the Russia that it once hated. How?

The Anglosphere

The US appear to be abandoning Africa and Western Europe with its EU and NATO, which Trump hates, but it is laying claim to Latin America, together with Greenland and Canada. In the Americas it is very doubtful if the USA can lay hold of Latin America or anything outside Northern America, that is, outside Greenland and Canada. It could, if it wished, probably and logically lay hold of the whole of the rest of the Anglosphere, the UK, Ireland (once both are divorced from the EU) and also Oceania, though with new elites. As for the rest of Western Europe, the suicidal old Western European elite must also be replaced, once the people have grasped that elite’s defeat in the Ukraine. This will mean the appearance of a new political governing class, drawn from the people, one which will respect others because it respects the people. It will mean introducing a democratic system, for the first time and respecting others, including Russia, which answers our question as to how Western Europe can embrace Russia.

England Versus Britain

Norman-founded Britain caused nearly a thousand years of continual violence, invading 171 of the world’s 193 countries, mainly since the seventeenth century, at war all the time, like the USA since 1941. But the Norman regime’s first victims were always the English, followed by the other native peoples of these Isles. Despite them and despite perceptions, parts of England still survive among the people, in the countryside, market towns and hidden places. True, films exist comparing the best of other countries with the worst of British England. This is as absurd as comparing the worst of others with the best of English England. True, the worst does exist. In Britain political instability has become the norm, with one minority authoritarian government after another, there is mass illegal immigration, caused by the Globalist elite, money is given to corrupt Kiev, parts of the health service are in a disastrous state, while potholed roads and litter-strewn pavements make parts of the country look rundown and third world.

Pessimism and Optimism

Thus, there are indeed good reasons for pessimism. And yet, England has been under threat since 1066, but we the English ‘plebs’ are still here, still alive, as are the Irish, the Scottish and the Welsh. The day of liberation of all of us and of our lands from the oppression of the British Norman elite is at last dawning. We all await liberation and the overthrow of British oppressors. A new political elite in the UK will also mean the end of pedophilia, which pollutes its politicians, economists, media like the BBC, the bishops and clergy of its strange Establishment Religion, founded by the sadistic maniac and thief, Henry VIII, and for centuries its queer German Royal Family. The fall of that perverted elite will be the end of the Norman Empire, whose first pervert was William Rufus. And he was only the first, which culminated in Victorian times, with Victoria’s children, and the stream of twentieth-century royal perverts, from the Duke of Kent, who died while crashing a plane in 1942, to the rotted Battenbergs.

Part Three: The Church

The Decentralisation of the Church and Communion with the Church

In May 1983, I asked Fr, now St, Sophrony (Sakharov) why heresy and schism are dangerous. He replied that danger comes from them because they are based on a lack of love. I learned from this that if you see a bishop consciously, self-justifyingly, and publicly falling into schism, and even condemning other Orthodox peoples in order to justify schism, you must leave him as soon as possible, unless you want to take part in his spiritual suicide, caused by his hatred of others and their views. In 2021 our alarm bells rang, when schism, falling out of communion after we had worked so hard and for so many decades to regain it, was implemented. We could not take part in it. So we all left. We do not regret obeying our conscience, indeed, we thank God that we escaped from that sin of hatred of others, which even the blood of martyrs cannot wash away. To fall into schism and so to fall out of communion with the Church is to be dreaded. Communion is the sign that we belong to the Church. And we do.

Communion and Decentralisation: Unity in Diversity

Schism is caused by excommunicating yourself from the Church because you are trying to enforce a politically-inspired, Papist centralisation. This can be seen very clearly in the present shameful schism between two of the most important Local Orthodox Churches, Moscow and Constantinople, which is a purely political combat about centralising power and gaining money. In the Church, unlike in the secular world in recent centuries, we have not Excommunion and Centralisation, but Communion and Decentralisation. If we have in our hearts and minds, as we should as Orthodox Christians, the Holy Trinity, Three in One, Unity in Diversity, there is no contradiction between Communion and Decentralisation. Like the Holy Trinity, Three in One, Communion and Decentralisation describe relations of Love. It is time for Moscow and Constantinople to respect other nationalities and other lands, decentralising without losing Communion, the sign that we belong to the Church. And we do.

Russia’s Defeat of the European Delusion: From Old England to New England

Foreword

With panic and lunatic rhetoric, the Brussels and London elite are now developing fantasy schemes. These consist of spending their non-existent money, or else stolen Russian money, on rearming themselves against an equally non-existent ‘Russian threat’. Trying to intimidate and zombify the Western European public, from the now electricity-starved Baltic statelets to Finland and Sweden, ‘surrounded by Russian submarines’, from Germany to France and the UK, and even from once-neutral Switzerland and to impoverished Southern Europe, the paid Western European media are inventing and developing mythical narratives of ‘Russian threats’. The belligerent elite and their media do not want peace, they want war. Once impoverished Western people have been intimidated, the elite believes that they will pay even more tax to it. But the US no longer believes the lies of that elite. The US wants to rid the world of the cocaine-riddled actor Zelensky and replace him with the politician Timoshenko. Only they are not the ones who will get to choose.

Part One: Western Europe and Russia

The Underlying Russophobia

The Western European elite has always been anti-Russian because Russia is the nearest target, rich with natural resources, and so is the easiest option for expansion and pillage. The ‘Drang nach Osten’, the ‘Onslaught towards the East’ is the ambition of the whole elite. Today it still suffers from a delusional fantasy, born in the virtual world where it lives. Having fought almost to the last Ukrainian soldier, this delusion is to declare a ‘ceasefire’ in the Ukraine without Russia, not consulting the winning side, to win the war with a pathetically weak army, obsolete arms and no money, and to have peace talks and peacekeepers only in order to keep the war going. For them ‘Peace is War’. It is as if Hitler in early 1945 had offered peace terms from his bunker: ‘If you declare me the winner and withdraw, then I will stop fighting’. The incompetent elite offers only the continuation of their already failed Ukrainian fantasy. The only hope for the peoples of Western Europe is to withdraw from the failed Imperialist project, of which NATO and EU are the outward symbols, and to find new leaders.

The Decomposition of the European Delusion

We are witnessing the unravelling of the millennial Imperialist dream and so the decomposition and fragmentation of Western Europe. However well-masked, the founding ideology of Western Europe has always been Nazism, ever since the 11^th century Crusades, and like the whole Non-Western world, Russia has always opposed Nazism. And now the US has at last realised that it has all along been used as a dupe to continue the Western European elite’s project. As regards the Ukraine, the French Macron, a typical narcissistic pseudo-intellectual, preaches the violent dream of a new racist Crusade as in 1854, Blackrock’s German agent Merz continues to commit suicide as in 1945, and the UK Starmer et al are capable only of imagining propaganda terrorist operations, dramatic PR, but strategically irrelevant, like the disaster at Dieppe, the Dambusters attack, or the hubris of Arnhem in World War Two, repeated at Bucha, in the disastrous 2023 counteroffensive, at Krynky, in drone attacks on Russian refineries and homes in Moscow, Belgorod, Rostov and Kursk.

The Tribal Rivalries of Western Europe

Western Europe is at a turning-point. Isolated and squabbling with one another, its elite is set against the whole world. The post-World War II settlement with its NATO and EU is over, as all the old institutions are crumbling. The fall of the Soviet Union and the Warsaw Pact were the first signs, then the reunion of the two Germanies, Brexit, failed EU centralisation, which trampled over every European nation and culture, the crazy attempt by Western Europe to extend into Non-Catholic and Non-Protestant Eastern Europe, even into the Ukraine, and finally the suicidal defeat of NATO in Europe’s Second Crimean War against Russia in the Ukraine. All this is giving rise to the revival of old rivalries. Who will lead Europe? France, Germany or Britain? Who will be the last emperor? Macron who imagines himself as Napoleon, Starmer as Churchill, or Merz as a new Bismarck? It is all sheer fantasy. They have come to believe in their own lies. Peace between the political and economic tribes of Europe will be guaranteed by Russia and the USA, which are far greater than all these midgets combined.

Russia and the Third Defeat of the Combined West

During its millennial history the Russians have defeated many enemies, only one of whom, the Mongol-Tartars, came from the East. All the others came from the suicidal West. These were the Teutonic Knights, the Poles, the Swedes, the British, French and Turks in 1854 in the Crimea, the Germans and Austro-Hungarians in 1914, and the three invasions from the Combined West: under Napoleon, the French and the 12 Nations; under Hitler, the Germans and the 5 Nations; under Obama and Biden, the East Galicians (‘Ukrainians’) and the 28 Nations. This last effort at conquest used the Ukraine as the proxy battering ram to destroy Russia, but failed miserably, although it took Russia over three years to defeat all of NATO and Western Europe, though not the USA, which has retreated, seeing the obvious coming rout. After this final defeat of suicidal Western Europe will come collapse and the foundation of a New Europe, most interestingly for us of a New England. England has been awaiting refoundation and resurrection for nearly a thousand years. Let us look back.

Part Two: England and Russia

The British Assassination of England

The ‘British’ were assembled and appeared in 1066. They were composed of all the scum of North-Western Europe, all the worst Viking, Norman, Fleming, Breton and Frankish bandits. They have always been anti-English, massacring the Old English in the years after their invasion, calling them ‘Anglo-Saxons’, ‘peasants’, ‘villains’ and ‘plebs’. The British, who took their name from the no less sadistic Romans and their Imperialist name for these islands, ‘established’ themselves, and then extended their sadism to the Celtic peoples in Wales, Scotland and Ireland, ethnically cleansing everywhere. After massacring them, the British then began to massacre others in Europe, notably French, later Germans, more recently Russians, and at the same time peoples in the New Worlds, in the Americas, the Caribbean, India, China, Africa and Oceania. Always, however, the English were the first victims of the British and remain so until this very day. Only today they are victims of mental and spiritual massacres, those of self-censorship (wokeness) and brainwashing, not of physical massacres.

Old England

There was once another England. This was pre-British or, if you prefer, pre-Norman, England. Naturally, like all societies it had a social hierarchy, but those at the top and those at the bottom were basically the same English-speaking Anglo-Celtic race, together with the genetic heritage of pre-Celtic peoples. Relations with the purely Celtic peoples were delineated by borders, to the west by Offa’s Dyke and then the Irish Sea, to the south-west by the River Tamar, to the north by the Roman-built walls. A high point in the history of Old England was the saintly King Alfred and his immediate successors, who assimilated the Danish and Norwegian Viking minority by accepting their voluntary baptism and brought unity. There was no place for racism here, the outlook was international, England was part of the concert of nations. Notably, King Alfred had been to Rome as a child, used diplomacy, recruited many helpers from the Celts and Continental Europe. He sent alms to Jerusalem and India, and sent merchants to the ports of Continental Europe and as far as the White Sea.

The British Assassination of Russia

In 1916, facing bankruptcy, the British Establishment saw that it was losing the War in Europe, for which it was itself in part responsible by not mediating peace between the two Continental sides. Its only way of winning would be to involve its US ‘transatlantic cousins’ in the war. Having contrived to bring down the Tsar’s Russia in Saint Petersburg and obtain huge loans from Zionist bankers in New York, all was set for the fateful events of 1917, including later the Balfour Declaration, as demanded from New York. Russia was assassinated in the assassination of the Russian Royal Martyrs. They were martyred by the British/Norman Establishment, the New York banksters and the jealousy of treacherous Russian aristocrats, so-called ‘liberal democrats’ and ‘Constitutionalists’. Today in Britain it is the same ‘Liberal Democrats’ who are opposed to Russia, though almost all Conservatives and Labourists share the same prejudices. They also continue to want to co-opt the USA as their catspaw, as they did in the First and Second Wars and under the sick and foolish Biden.

New England

A close friend of the saintly King Alfred was the righteous King of East Anglia, St Edmund the Martyr – who was assassinated by the Vikings/Normans. Through his sacrifice he became the Patron-Saint of England and remains so to this very day. St Alfred the Confessor and St Edmund the Martyr are the symbols of any future National Liberation and National Cultural Revival, of a Freed New England and a Freed New English People and Culture. Freed, that is, from the British/Norman Yoke, from the Oligarchic Establishment and its State propaganda mouthpiece media, which, despite people’s heroes like Hereward the Wake or Robin Hood, have zombified the masses, feeding them on bread and circuses since the century before last. However, for freedom to come, attention has to be paid to healing England and the English People, and this means rejecting any temptation to interfere in the affairs of others. Attention must be paid to Altar, Throne and Cottage, to Faith, Government and People, for England to become once more a nation in the concert of many nations.

Afterword

In its paranoia, the British Establishment which still dreams of and even still lives in its Imperial past, is obsessed with its Victorian Great Game fantasy. Therefore, it is constantly inventing fake Russian plots against itself: the MI5 poisoning of Litvinenko, the Malaysian aeroplane Flight 17, downed over the Donbass by Kiev in 2014 and blamed on Russia, the MI5-poisoned Skripals in Salisbury, fake Russian cyberattacks and fake Russian spies are all myths, ‘narratives’, invented in self-justification. Moreover, the Establishment still wants revenge for its failed invasion of the Crimea in 1854, which was so disastrous that it led to the fall of its government of the time, and for the failed British coup d’etat in Russia in 1917. Those of us who are believers, despite the CIA infiltration of the Russian Orthodox Church here and its bishops who demand that Russian troops leave the Ukraine, know that all that is hidden will be revealed. The Truth will out. Here are fearful words of warning to the corrupted British and to the Western European elite: You are only punishing yourselves, for God is not mocked.

100 Days To Go?

Challenged by a USA which has at long last freed itself from Euro-Atlantacist politics, the EU elite (which includes the British elite) is in an existential fight for its parasitic being. It wants to send warkeeping forces to the Ukraine, which in typically Orwellian speak it calls ‘peacekeeping forces’. As the Danish Prime Minister has said, Europe must continue the war.

Peace is not on the Western European agenda, which is why it would be absurd for it to take part in any future peace talks between the USA and Russia. This is just a repeat of Boris Johnson’s words in March 2022, which made Kiev refuse to sign a peace treaty. If it had, a million soldiers would today be alive, instead of being dead.

The only hope in Europe is in the at present 16 countries of South-Eastern Europe (we exclude unrecognised Kosovo and Turkiye in Europe from this group), those of ex-Habsburg and ex-Ottoman Europe, which want freedom from EU tyranny. All the other countries in Northern and Western Europe, despite populist freedom movements of left and right, are tied into slavery to the anti-American and anti-Russian Brussels Imperial elite. Below are only hopes for the future, sadly perhaps very far from what will actually happen.

After the coup in Kiev and London, when ex-President Zelensky was forced to resign and went into exile in France, the blockage to peace in the Ukraine was removed. President Trump immediately announced that he and President Putin had already spoken on the telephone and agreed on the future of the Ukraine. After the US had cut off all military aid to Kiev, including Starlink, on 8 March, a new European Security Architecture had been agreed by the two leaders. The Ukraine would be saved, though it would be known by its traditional name and would from now on be inside its natural borders. General Zaluzhny took temporary charge until a new President (perhaps the most popular candidate at present, Roman Medvedchuk) would be elected.

The USA has invited the leaders of all the Freedom Movements in Western Europe to a Summit at the White House in Washington on 17 March. These included President Orban of Hungary, President Fico of Slovakia, the AfD, the National Rally of France, the British Reform Party and Calin Georgescu from Romania. President Trump stated that Radio Free Europe would from now on broadcast news and information only on behalf of these repressed and censored freedom movements in Europe. Moreover, the USA was now imposing 25% import tariffs on all goods from European countries, unless they were led by majority governments, that is, all of them at present, except for Hungary, Slovakia and Croatia.

Meanwhile, huge anti-EU and anti-NATO demonstrations continued in Greece, Bulgaria, Moldova, Romania and the Czech Lands, with the burning of Nazi flags and effigies of von der Leyen, Kallas, Starmer and Macron.

At the UN in New York, India, Brazil and South Africa were admitted as the sixth, seventh and eighth permanent members of the Security Council. President Trump announced that he would be visiting China very soon with regard to the official transfer of Taiwan back to China. He also stated that US companies would start rebuilding Gaza as soon as possible and would help Palestinians to re-establish their homeland, which would include Gaza, the Sinai Peninsula, the West Bank and the whole of Jordan.

After referenda had been held in Greenland and Alberta on joining the USA, both showed large majorities in favour. Alberta was declared the 51^st state and Greenland the 52^nd state of the USA. The Premier of Alberta stated that she was sure that all the other Canadian Provinces would follow her lead sooner or later. Manitoba, Saskatchewan and the Yukon have already announced dates for their referenda.

President Trump declared that the official US sphere of interest is the Anglosphere: Northen America, England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Australia and New Zealand. He stated that he is no longer interested in Latin America.

It was announced in Washington that the CIA had been renamed the AIS, the American Intelligence Service, and the FBI renamed the AIO, the American Investigation Office. This was to disassociate the renewed organisations from the very tarnished past of both.

In other news, the Ukrainian actor Volodymyr Zelensky was assassinated by unknown gunmen at his villa near Nice.

The Eightieth Anniversary Victory Parade in Moscow was presided over by President Putin, flanked by Presidents Xi and Trump and a host of other leaders from over 150 countries, including Presidents Modi and Lula and the newly elected President Calin Georgescu of Romania. As the Parade lined up, President Trump was greeted with applause, as he said the following words in Russian, Chinese, Hindu and English:

My svobodny mir

Wǒmen shì zìyóushìjiè

Hum swatantra duniya hain

We are the free world

After the Parade a banquet was held in the Kremlin, at which President Putin made the announcement that the members of BRICS had decided to rename it ‘The Commonwealth of Sovereign Nations’, shortened to COSONA.

President Trump announced that he had dissolved NATO, as it was a Cold War relic and should have been dissolved at the same time as the Warsaw Pact, on 1 July 1991. He reminded all that it was 2025, not 1985, let alone 1945. As a result he was also withdrawing all US troops from Japan.

President Orban announced that Hungary, Austria, Slovakia, Croatia and Romania were all leaving the EU and forming their own trading association and would welcome other countries to join them. Eleven other countries had already showed great interest, especially Non-EU Serbia and Moldova.

The Turning-Point of 2025: The Self-Humiliation of the Western European Elite

Foreword: The Great Delusion

‘The West defeated Russia in the Cold War’. This is the greatest delusion and myth that the West has entertained since 1945. In 1992 the West deluded itself and thought that ‘history had ended’ in its own ‘victory’. In reality, the West never defeated Communism, rather Communism, having inevitably failed economically, turned into Nationalism, both Russian and Chinese. The fact that Marxist materialism failed, which had been predicted long before, does not mean that Capitalist materialism, greed for profit, would succeed. Marxism was wrong about Marxism, but it was right about Capitalism. Russia, freed from Communism, became State Capitalist, as it had been before the British regime-change of 1917, when it had already attained a 85% literacy rate and electrification and would have been the world’s greatest power by 1950. China too has returned as a Great Power, State Capitalist, as it had been until 1840.

Four Speeches and Vice-President Vance

Four speeches have marked my life because they were visionary. The first was the Peace Speech of President J. F. Kennedy in June 1963. Two months later came the famous Martin Luther King ‘I have a dream’ speech. The third is the Harvard Speech of Alexander Solzhenitsyn in June 1978 and the fourth was given outside the USA, by the American J.D. Vance in Munich just now, in February 2025. The last speech shook the elites of Western Europe, but was loudly applauded by ordinary Europeans, glad that someone was at last allowed to tell the truth in public and not get arrested by the more or less Fascist European ruling class. That ruling class remains feudal and its structure reflects the medieval ruling pyramid, header by the Pope, now replaced by the Infallible Ursula von der Leyen.

This fourth speech was when the US Vice-President, one who consciously chose to become a Roman Catholic and is a great supporter of the much-persecuted Ukrainian Orthodox Church, berated the Western European elite for its anti-democratic and anti-Christian practices. This speech marks the divorce between the USA and the militant and warmongering Western European elite which includes and sponsors the Ukrainian elite, but not, for example, the Hungarian and Slovak elites. The Ukrainian elite, backed by the Western European elite and led by Zelensky, is now blocking peace in the Ukraine. Trump recommends that Zelensky flee to France, so that peace can come there and so that the tens of thousands of Ukrainian soldiers, who are dying every month, will live.

Meanwhile, at the North-Western End of the Asian Peninsula

The North-Western Peninsula of Asia is called Europe and is just over 10 million square kilometres in area. The Eastern half of that Peninsula lies inside the three East Slav nations, which consist of the European part of Russia, the Ukraine and Belarus. The Western half of the Peninsula, divided into some 40 countries, lies outside those borders. However, the Eastern part of the Western half, with its many Slav peoples, is culturally closer to the Eastern half than to the Western part of the Western half. Thus, the far Western part, or quarter, of the Peninsula forms the 21 countries of what is the real ‘Western’ Europe. Those countries are populated by the Germanic peoples, mainly in the north, Romance peoples, mainly in the south, and small numbers of others, Celts, Basques and Maltese.

The one-thousand year period of the ‘Western European’ domination of the rest of the world, at first only of the Near East and Eastern Europe, which much expanded from 1492 on, is now over. The colonial empires of countries like Britain, France, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Denmark, Belgium etc are finished. Only relics like Greenland, New Caledonia, Tahiti, the Falklands, Gibraltar are left. The USA and Russia have ended them and the future of the whole of the Western half of the Peninsula has been decided in Saudi Arabia, outside Western Europe, for it is now irrelevant. Its governing elite deserves this humiliation. How can the peoples of ‘Western Europe’ be supported after their elite’s defeat in this great geopolitical shift, a defeat which simply mirrors the defeat of the Soviet elite?

The Realistic People Versus the Ideological Elite

Today’s USA is run on realism, that Russia is a Great Power, whereas the Western European elite runs on ideology – ‘the West is Best’. Ideologies are always blind to reality because they try to fit reality into a mere ideology. This is why ideologies always break down. They are unrealistic. Such was the case with absurd Nazism and Marxism. Now it is the case with Western Imperialism. Realism shows us that Russia was a Great Power in 1914. The West then tried to destroy it five times. The first time was in 1914, the second time was in 1917, the third time was in 1941 and the fourth time was in 1991, the fifth time was in 2022. Each time the West failed. This time Great Power Russia has defeated not just the junta in Kiev, but all of NATO, which is now all but dead because the USA is leaving it.

Unlike Western Europe, the USA has a Constitution, which begins ‘We, the people…’. Therefore, the USA, founded by Europeans fleeing oppression, has at last been able to sideline the old, anti-democratic US elite, which was previously wholly supporting the treacherous, oppressive and authoritarian Western European regimes. Both elites promised the defeat of Russia, that its economy would be ruined and ‘the rouble would be turned into rubble’ and that the USA and Western Europe would, as the Nazi Eurocrats intended, break up Russia and seize and exploit its vast assets. Such fantasies could only have been expressed because the elites were living in a virtual world of fantasy narratives, of delusional wishful thinking, that is, of propaganda lies which they had persuaded themselves to be true.

EU/UK Hysteria

Reacting to Trump’s policy of actually talking to Russia, the hysterically Russophobic EU Commissariat is having a nervous breakdown. Just like Kiev, the EU cannot take part in any peace talks with Russia because the EU wants war. As for the Ukraine, it held ‘peace summits’ and refused to invite Russia, so why should the Ukrainian dictator be invited to future Russian-American peace talks? In any case. Kiev has still not rescinded the executive order of October 2022 which actually forbids it from peace talks with Russia. Now the authoritarian EU has just implemented its sixteenth package of sanctions against Russia! Surely if fifteen packages did not work after three years, a sixteenth will not either. All it will do is bankrupt EU countries even quicker. Such is their suicidal path.

As for the crazy idea of EU/UK peacekeepers in the Ukraine, why would Russia, which decides on this, as it holds all the cards, accept ‘peacekeepers’ from countries who are at war with it, economically at war and also supplying arms and mercenaries to the enemy side? And you certainly do not need peacekeepers, when you already have peace, as Trump promises. Why does the leadership of Britain and France want war and threaten interventions with non-existent troops? The British Army, just like the French, has twice as many horses as tanks, and its Navy has more admirals than ships. It is a fact. Another fact is that Alexandre de Rothschild runs the bank clerk figurehead Macron in France and shady figures in the City of London runs the figurehead of Starmer, who got the job because of his wife.

Towards International Peace

Both Starmer and Macron have now become prisoners of their own rhetoric and promises. Macron was clearly defeated in elections last year, but refused to resign despite the French people and the most popular Party, the National Rally. In the UK the new Sovereignist Reform Party, the British equivalent of the National Rally, now has 212,000 members, having overtaken the Conservative Party with 130,000 members on 26 December, and now heading to overtake the Labour Party within three months with its fast-declining 309,000 members. And Reform is headed by Trump’s best friend in Britain, Farage. Europe’s biggest former Imperialists, like the British, and the much-mocked liars of their media have yet to understand that the Unipolar, Westcentric world is over. And it really is.

When will the crazed Western European elite, centred among the unelected and overpaid Politbureau of Commissars in Brussels and the hated minority governments (both elected by 20% of the electorate) in London and Paris, all of which betrayed the genocided people in Eastern Ukraine, understand? As the elite will never stop believing in its own lies, it will have to be replaced by a new governing class, come up from the peoples of Western Europe and representing the peoples’ interests. Its first action should be the renewal of diplomatic ties with Russia and then the lifting of all suicidal sanctions against Russia, quashing the absurd criminal charges against the Russian President. Then it would need to support vital agreements such as those below, since the only real players support them.

Agreement In Europe

An overarching Eurasian Security Agreement needs to be reached. After the imminent regime-change in Kiev, which has been blocking peace, in this way peace can be reached for the New Ukraine in its new borders, probably governed by President Roman Medvedchuk without the warmongering dictator Zelensky. There must also be a stop to the nasty persecution of Russians who live in the Baltics. In return, the East Slavs will agree to stay within their borders in the eastern half of Europe, unless attacked again by the highly aggressive West, as has, unfortunately, so often happened, five times in the last eight generations. There must also be peaceful self-determination referenda in ex-Yugoslavia, which can be implemented once the Western world stops meddling there.

In this way, the EU and NATO, their sell-by dates expired long ago, exactly in 1992, can be collapsed. All their member-countries can then retrieve their sovereignty and their own currencies and form friendly and voluntary regional trading associations, if they so wish, also joining BRICS like normal countries Their hugely wasteful military budgets, standing on average at about 2% of GDP, could then be cut in half. They do not need armed forces; nobody wants to invade them – they are all bankrupt anyway. Together with the renewal of trade with Russia and the import once more of cheap energy, cereals and fertilisers from Russia, Western Europe could reindustrialise and renew its crumbling infrastructure, roads, railways, utilities, and social, health and educational systems.

Agreement Outside Europe

The USA should close down all its military bases and interests in all of the Eastern part of the Western half of Europe, in countries like Poland, the Baltic States, Czechia, Slovakia, Romania, Moldova, Bulgaria, Greece, Cyprus, ex-Yugoslavia and also in Germany and the Nordic countries. Similarly, it should close all its bases and clear out its occupying forces in Africa, the Caucasus, Central Asia, as well as in Japan and Thailand, where they have no reason to be and are not wanted. The US has its own sphere of interest – in Northern America. The return of the US military back home from Eurasia would help it stop the rise in its huge national debt of 36.5 trillion dollars, which is increasing by three million dollars every minute. The USA is bankrupt because of its attempt to rule all.

A war has been raging in West Asia, as the ‘Middle East’ is called in the West. The USA has to find a solution to the problems caused by its satellite, Israel. How can Israeli troops be removed from the Lebanon? How can the native people of Gaza live in conditions fit for human beings? When will Israeli persecution of the native people on the West Bank, which it occupies, cease? How can the bloodshed stop in what used to be Syria? The key here is perhaps in Russian guarantees to Iran. Beyond this, with Russian guarantees to North Korea, the US could withdraw its troops from South Korea. With Taiwan at last allowed to return to China, the US could be allowed by Russia and China to absorb Greenland and Canada, if their peoples accepted this by free referenda, as Russia has held in the Ukraine.

The Future and the Church

In the latest news, we can see the possible future of the old Soviet Ukraine, depending on referenda results. All the east and the south will pass to the Russian Federation, as will Transdnistria also. Most of North Bukovina (Chernovtsy) will return to Romania and possibly the small eastern part will go to Moldova in return for Gagauzia, if Gagauzia wishes to join the Russian Federation. Zakarpattia (Subcarpathian Rus or Ruthenia) will either go entirely to Hungary or else will be divided between Hungary and Slovakia, as before. As for the provinces of Lviv, Ivano-Frankivivsk and the western half of Ternopol, they will return to Poland. This would leave the New Ukraine, Kiyivska Rus, with the City of Kyiv, Kiyiv, Zhytomir, Rivne, Volyn, Cherkasy, Kirovohrad, Vinnytsia, Khmelnitskyi, and the eastern half of Ternopil.

In Church matters, surely there is only one solution. For the New Ukrainian/ Kiyivska Rus Church, to receive autocephaly, as also the Baltics (Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia and Finland), should have their own Autocephalous Church. And Moldova must have its own autocephalous Moldovan Orthodox Church too, according to a Tomos signed jointly by Patriarch Kyrill of Moscow and Patriarch Daniel of Bucharest, as this is joint territory. If Moscow wanted one day to grant autocephaly to Belarus, that may happen. That would stop any uncanonical invasions of Russian canonical territory by the Patriarchate of Constantinople. It would also make twenty Local Orthodox Churches. Such decisions might at last bring a resolution to the long-standing uncanonical situation of the Diaspora.

Afterword

The Western European elite dinosaurs dwell in the past with its EU and NATO. They cling on to it, but the USA now looks to the future. There the generational shift has happened. This has exposed the corruption of USAID, of the National Endowment for ‘Democracy’, of the FBI and the CIA. The absurd Russiagate scandal will be exposed as a British attempt at regime-change in the US, covid as a Deep State error, as also the recent scandal of Epstein and the old one of the Kennedy assassination. Corrupt Western governments and their media are being exposed. Trump will save face by agreeing to the (Russian-created) New Ukraine and peace, declaring it as his victory. Let him. The future is clear – the Big Three, China, Russia and the USA, with a BRICS-composed Security Council and seats for the Big Three as for India, Africa, Brazil and Muslim Indonesia, and one seat for the ever-squabbling tribes of Europe. This is the future.

The USA Abandons the EU and UK Losers

The first Secretary General of NATO was the British General Ismay, born in colonial India, studied at Charterhouse, failed to get into Cambridge, and went to Sandhurst. The closest advisor to Churchill, he was so British Establishment that his first name was actually Hastings, in ‘honour’ of the catastrophic defeat of England in 1066 and the genocide of 100,000 English people, which that Nazi-style regime carried out after the English defeat. Typically for people like himself, Ismay later even received the Norman title of Baron. Interestingly, but not surprisingly, it was Establishment types, Parliament, Councils, the Army, the BBC, the Church of England, the rich, or the propagandised who still read newspapers, who flew Ukrainian flags in 2022 (they have been taken down since). The British Establishment supports war because it is founded on war. The Establishment is simply supporting its own aggressive ethos.

From the start Ismay defined the aim of NATO as being to ‘keep the Russians out, the Germans down and the Americans in’. This eloquently expresses the view of the British Establishment even now. In today’s world, we see how the loser war party, led by the intensely unpopular and peace-wrecking Macron and Starmer, held a failed emergency PR ‘summit’ in Paris of a few states from Western Europe, with puny militaries and tiny arms industries, largely dependent on the USA. This fantasy summit broke up in chaos. They have no money, their Parliaments will not allow them to send troops to die and the peoples and the soldiers will not obey. In any case, there are so few combat troops they can send, they will be killed within two weeks. Tell that to the power-obsessed politicians of the Establishment, stuck in a long-ago European Imperial dreamworld past, a virtual reality, from which they refuse to wake up.

However, the far more important meeting is that of the peace party in Saudi Arabia. Here Russia set out the terms for the Ukrainian capitulation after its disastrous and costly defeat. After long-delayed democratic elections in the Ukraine, the probable new President of the Ukraine, Victor Medvedchuk, will make peace. The US is tired of being co-opted into Britain’s wars, such as the First and Second World Wars, and seeing its sons die for the British Establishment and its Redcoats. The profound hostility of the British Establishment to President Trump and his cause of peace is the end of the ‘special relationship’ between the US and the UK. When the tiny UK poodle wants to continue war, but the big US bulldog wants to make peace, the situation becomes absurd. Is it that the Western Europe elites, which is only good at PR, has come to believe in its own lieing ‘narratives’ and so is deluded?

Meanwhile, not far away from the peace talks in Riyadh, in the UAE, yesterday Zelensky and his wife stayed at Hotel Moscow (literally) and transferred ‘funds’ from Kiev to money-laundering Emirate banks. They were busy preparing for the inevitable outcome of the Ukrainian defeat, in case escape is possible. Trump’s US has abandoned its loser-proxies. It is time to tell Starmer, Macron and their little allies in the North of Europe, the seven small Nordic and tiny Baltic countries (total population of all seven 33 million), in private, about reality. Because after anti-peace Zelensky, if he does manage to escape, it will be the hated Starmer and Macron’s turn to have to run away from the bankruptcy they have helped create in their countries. They will find no support from the US, from Russia, or from the majority of EU and NATO countries, Germany, Italy, Spain, Poland or from any others in Eastern Europe.

The European Union and its military arm NATO are hopelessly divided and will collapse, just as the Soviet Union collapsed in its own time. They have both outlived their age. They belong to the post-War past. Three generations have passed since they began. Generational change has happened. The world has changed. The old elites, represented by Zelensky, Starmer, Macron, are isolated, both from other leaders and from their own peoples. But change does not need to be negative. At last Europe has freedom, the opportunity to join the rest of the world as equals. For the elites of countries which never had empires, like Ireland and most of those in Eastern Europe, this will be much easier, for they are not stuck in the past. For the elites which recently ran empires, as in Britain, France and the Ukraine (its empire has existed since 1922) and exploited others, it will be much harder. But not for their peoples.

We are heading towards a new geopolitical configuration of the world, which is also an old one. Throughout the nineteenth century Russia and the USA were allies. The USA sent large medical aid to Russia in the British invasion of the Crimea; Russia protected the Union in the US Civil War and sold Alaska to it and not to then British-run Canada. As for the countries of Europe, they can now have democratic elections, not least in Romania and Germany, which yearn for freedom. Other tyrannical unions can break up – Catalonia, England, Scotland and Wales can retrieve their old freedom and Ireland can reunite. Then free European countries can join BRICS individually. Some will no doubt form trade associations, especially those in former Hapsburg and Ottoman South-East Europe, which have so much in common. The old elites are done. Freedom is in the air after all these years and it is welcome to the peoples.

Four Weeks of President Trump: War, Peace, the Russian Superpower and the Suicide of Irrelevant Europe

Four weeks since his inauguration on 20 January, we can now say that President Trump’s style is that, as Russians say, of ‘a monkey with a hand grenade’. That is, he throws ‘chaos bombs’ – he casts very large stones into the world pond and then observes the ripples. His many words are clearly not to be taken seriously; only his deeds are serious and many more of them will be serious. Trump closely observes the reactions to his often apparently bizarre propositions. Thus, thanks to some of these, he has discovered that many of the tiny population of Greenland would like to join the USA formally (informally, it has been in the USA since the 1940s), if the price is right. And the Premier of Alberta in Canada will probably also join the US (each Canadian province has the right to secede), if the conditions are right. In which case all Western and Northern Canada would follow Alberta. Ontario and Quebec can rot alone. This would be the end of the Danish and British Empires. As for the Panama Canal, we now see that the US could take it militarily in a few hours.

In the ‘Middle East’, Trump claims that he wants to ‘evacuate’ (= ethnically cleanse) Gaza of its two million native Palestinians and build a ‘Middle East Riviera’. Clearly, this is just absurd bluster to provoke people, especially the unsinkable Israeli Zionists, who are about to be ‘sunk’ and abandoned by the USA. In reality, as Trump knows, but dares not say, the key to peace in West Asia lies with Iran. And the key to Iran lies with the vast Northern Eurasian landmass called the Russian Federation, just as the key to North Korea lies with that Federation and just as the reintegration of Western Europe into Eurasia is the only solution to the problems of the Western European Peninsula. Trump claimed he could get peace in the Ukraine in one day. In reality, he knows that peace in the Ukraine, Europe (and Iran) can only be reached through Russia, which alone stopped the genocide committed by the Obama-appointed, Neo-Nazi regime in Kiev against Ukrainians in the Donbass. And it was the EU, not NATO, that triggered this conflict in 2014 and provoked the war there in 2022.

Russia will never undertake peace talks with Nazis. It did not do so with Hitler, it will not do so now. Russia will destroy them, now as then. There are only three paths to peace in the Ukraine for Kiev’s troops – surrender, desertion, or death. Trump has neither carrot, nor stick to impose anything on Russia. He has nothing to offer – for Russia has everything. For example, the 24,000 illegal Western sanctions against Russia have made the Russian economy boom to become the largest economy in Europe and sent other European economies into isolation, deindustrialisation, stagnation and decline, now with Third World basic infrastructure problems. There will be no more suicidal sanctions against Russia from the West. The USA is going to lift its sanctions. The ‘criminal charges’ against the Russian President are a joke, the freezing of Russian assets and interest from them are theft, and the fantasy of Western arrests of Russian ships in international waters are piracy on the high seas. And the powerful Russian Navy would respond to any such arrests in kind.

What a sad reputation the West has earned for itself among the Global Majority. There will be no ceasefire, no frozen conflict, no interventions or peacekeepers in the Ukraine. You only have peacekeepers when there is no peace – as in ex-Yugoslavia. Instead, in the New Ukraine, whatever it will be called and whatever its borders, there will be permanent peace, following the Russian military victory and the military defeat of Zelensky, the cornered ‘Mad King of Kiev’, as the previously misinformed Trump has now realised. The delusional warmongers of the West, now confined to Western Europe, the EU and the UK, who cannot admit the reality that they lost their war, are totally irrelevant and have been sidelined. The Presidents of Russia and the USA will agree on peace terms and security guarantees not just for the Ukraine, but for the whole of Europe – and without the irrelevant Ukraine and Europe. The Western European (EU and UK) elite is out of control. Its political elite must be regime-changed and then the countries concerned can be stabilised.

There is in Trump’s propositions no betrayal of the Ukraine. They are a recognition of reality. Kiev lost against a Great Power, as was obvious would happen from the start. The only betrayal is that by the European elite, who have betrayed the peoples living in the Soviet-created Ukraine, continuing to squander their lives, and have also betrayed the peoples of Europe, continuing to squander their money. The European elite, which includes Zelensky, desperately wants war and hates peace, because it will not admit that it was wrong in trying to extend the virtual reality of their European Union Empire eastwards. Polish historians are heading to Moscow, as Russia prepares to return the far west of the Ukraine, demilitarised, to its former owners, to Poland, Romania and Hungary, undoing the evil of Stalin who stole those areas from them. None of this is ‘the defeat of the West’, as some claim, but it is the defeat of the Combined Nazi West, embodied by Napoleon’s, then by Hitler’s, and now by the Globalists’, failed multinational invasion of Russian Lands.

Three defeats of the elite of the Collective West in a row over eight generations. Only the New, post-senile USA can remedy this situation together with Russia, collapsing, or rather letting collapse, the delusional fairy-tales of the EU and NATO. The Europe which they invented does not exist. The Christian Vice-President Vance told the Western elite the truth in Munich and was met with deep shock, ice cold hostility and then furious rage. That is what you get for telling atheists the truth. The European elite is today like those who in Dostoyevsky’s Grand Inquisitor refuse freedom, preferring the slavery of the past. Trump is doing what he promised to do, but failed to do in 2016 and he is avenging himself for the British ‘Russiagate’ nonsense. He is at last draining the Washington swamp with its massive corruption, involving trillions of dollars, as revealed by his friend Musk. It has also been revealed that the ‘narratives’ of slavish State propaganda outlets like the BBC and the British Reuters agency were financed by USAID to broadcast their lies. No surprises there.

The speech of Vice-President Vance in Munich is historically important. It quite undoes the last 80 years of history and represents the renegotiation of Yalta, overdue since 1992. Western Europe is now on its own – through its own choice. The disintegration of the EU began with the (still unimplemented) Brexit and then Hungary and Slovakia. The whole of largely Orthodox South-East Europe from Croatia and Austria on, with Romania, will leave the collapsing EU. As for Germany, it will renew ties with Russia, something which France and the UK have always opposed, approving the US sabotage of the Nordstream pipelines and the collapse of the German economy, approved of by the traitorous German elite, still in power for a few more days. Following the declaration that Europe is no longer the US priority, Vance reproached the decomposing Western European elite for having lost its values, Christianity, through uncontrolled Muslim immigration, and losing Democracy, through the morally depraved, sociopathic elite’s censoring of free speech with ‘narratives’.

There is no threat from Russia and China, only from the delusional European elite who wanted to extend their domain into the Ukraine in a proxy war which they still do not understand they have lost! Why should the USA sacrifice itself for Fascist anti-democrats who forbid democracy in Kiev, Tbilisi, Bucharest and Berlin? The EU and its UK sidekick are the new Soviet Union, the new European Nazism, where people, including sincere Christians, are arrested. As the US considered that the Soviet Union had been defeated, why should it defend a new one? Why does NATO still exist? Forget the North Atlantic. The new centre of the world is the Pacific, where the USA, Russia and China meet. It seems that Vance’s speech was a trap to see the reactions of the European elite. They had the wrong reactions. It was a stone cast into the bankrupt European pond of pedophiles. Karma has come to the hypocritical Europeans who regime-changed others, but reject it when their own people want it. The Ukraine is the Afghanistan of the EU, the defeat of the new Soviet Union.

Talks between the delegates of the two Presidents about peace in Europe opened in Riyadh in Saudi Arabia on 18 February. They cannot take place in Europe because there are no neutral countries left in Europe, certainly not hypocritical, pro-war Norway and Switzerland, nor NATO Sweden and Finland. All these pro-Nazi nations are still supplying arms to the Kiev regime. The problem with Western Europe is that the default position of its elite is Fascism, an inheritance from medieval Roman Catholicism. This is why the delusional grandchildren of Nazis of today’s EU support the delusional Nazis in Kiev. Birds of a feather flock together. Germany, France and the UK will all be regime-changed by their peoples and with full and open US backing. We are marching towards the great Victory Day Parade in Moscow on 9 May. Then the leaders of the four Great Powers, who in 1945 were allied, will stand on the rostrum: Presidents Putin, Trump, Xi and Modi. No European leaders will be there, except for the Hungarian and Slovak. Nazis will not be welcome….

The draining of the swamp in the Church has also begun in recent months. However, there is very far to go. The latest incident in Moscow, where the Patriarch appeared to put nationalism above the Kingdom of Heaven has scandalised many (https://spzh.eu/en/news/84525-roc-head-on-preaching-kingdom-of-god-not-patriotism-never-heard-that). Many people have told me that they no longer want to be part of the Russian Orthodox Church, especially when they found out that the home of the brave, but perhaps very naïve, young priest was afterwards searched by the police. The Russian Church, which we knew only in its old émigré form, a completely different planet, has repeated the anti-missionary error of the Patriarchate of Constantinople in the 1970s, when its archbishops rudely sent away all Non-Greeks and told them to become Protestants or Roman Catholics. To be honest, we fear what will happen next in the Russian Church, for God is not mocked. We tremble for those responsible and those who applaud them. It is insane. God is our Judge.

However, elsewhere the canonisation on 4 February by the Romanian Church of 16 New Martyrs and Confessors, who witnessed to God’s Truth, though persecuted by both Communist atheists and Capitalist atheists, is already having an effect. The EU-selected, German President of Romania has resigned. Despite the EU there will be free elections there and an Orthodox candidate, who wants peace in the Ukraine, Romanian territory returned, and NATO and EU meddling stopped, is by far the frontrunner. This is only the start. The Confessors Sofian of Antim, Dumitru Stăniloae, Arsenius of Prislop, Elijah Lăcătușu, the Venerable Paisius and Cleopa of Sihăstria, Dometius the Merciful of Râmeț, Seraphim the Enduring of Sâmbăta de Sus, Callistratus of Timișeni and Vasiova, Heraclius of Bessarabia, the Hieromartyrs Constantine Sârbu, Liviu Galaction of Cluj, Alexander of Bessarabia and Hilarion Felea, the Martyr Gerasimus of Tismana, and Bessarion of Lainici, all proclaim the same thing: Christ has conquered and the gates of hell will not prevail.

Right Makes Might: On the Emerging Post-Western New World Order

Introduction: In the Ukraine

The only question here is if the Kiev regime will collapse and capitulate before 1 January 2025 or afterwards. Western media still practise ‘editorial control’ (= censorship) and distraction (= talk about something else which is petty, irrelevant and of no importance). However, they affect only the fairy-tale ‘narrative’, not the reality of, for example, 100,000 desertions from the NATO-directed, Kiev regime Army. These press-ganged soldiers are refusing to fight because they do not want to commit suicide in the utterly corrupt armed forces.

There is nothing to fight for. They want to go home to their families. Conversely, in Russia they are talking not about Western delusions, which they ignore, but about reality, for example, reparations to be paid by Kiev and war crime trials for the Nazi Kiev regime leaders, who have in fact murdered their own people. They are the true anti-Ukrainians, together with Western leaders who want to fight against Russia ‘to the last Ukrainian’. It is their version of genocide. Such Western leaders too should be tried in war crimes courts.

In the Russian Federation

As regards today’s Russia, some silly people ask if it will revert to the Imperialism of Peter I of 1721 to 1917 or to the very similar Imperialism of the Soviets 1922-1991 (the Soviets adored Peter I), as obviously Russia will not revert to the catastrophes of Western oligarchism (1991-2022).

Clearly, Russia will return to no form of Imperialism because they all by definition failed. The Western academics who propose such fantasies have no understanding. Russia is reverting to itself, which is what Tsar Nicholas II wanted, before he was removed by the Western plotters in 1917, who prevented him from doing so.

The problem is that this truth has not yet been told about the 1917 tragedy. Once the diaries of the Tsarina Alexandra, concealed for so many years, are finally published, all will know and all the Western ‘narratives’ about 1917 will then collapse.

In Europe

The EU has clearly become a vassal of the Washington neocon elite – just as the UK has long been. The EU elite, like the UK elite, is no longer pro-European, but pro-NATO, that is, pro-Washington, that is, anti-European. This is why when Germany’s Nordstream lifeline to Russian energy was blown up by the USA and its proxies and the country went into serious economic decline, the German ruling class was silent. Europe’s rulers hate their own countries and peoples, whom they ignore, even when the people vote them out, as in France. The elitists are anti-national because they are globalists.

The oligarchic nomenklatura of unelected European Union Commissioners, some of them the grandchildren of Nazi officers, are silent. In any case, the elite of the Brussels Politburo has little concept of the lives of ordinary Europeans. It is only an imitation of the unelected oligarchy who rule in Washington, and who also have no concept of the lives of ordinary Americans. They too are anti-national because they too are globalists. The solution to Europe’s self-inflicted woes is neither to be found in being pro-US, nor in being pro-Russian.

The solution is to be found in being pro-European, that is, pro-Hungarian, pro-Slovak, now pro-Georgian (after the failure there of US/’NGO’ and EU electoral fraud under its French puppet President) and, one day, perhaps even pro-French, pro-German, pro-Italian and pro-English. But that means liberation from the yoke of the globalist corporatism which rules us. This means not only liberation from their political yoke, but also from the ideological yoke of the ‘journalists’ paid by that elite, the mere propagandist-mercenaries of the oligarchs. None of them has ever heard the word ‘Truth’.

The World

The West has been defeated, not by millions of Vietnamese or Afghan peasants, but by the Russian Superpower against the (US-supplied and US-trained) largest army in NATO, that of the Kiev regime. The only way that the US could ever have won in the Ukraine is by launching a nuclear war against Russia, which would have meant the utter destruction of the USA itself, since Russia has better nuclear arms than the USA. The defeat of the Western Establishment in the Ukraine means that Might does not make Right. This is why the New World Order is about multilateralism, multipolarity, countries working together for their mutual benefit.

We are no longer talking about being dominated and exploited by one imperialist power. Imperialism, which caused World War I, World War II and nearly World War III, is being replaced by Sovereignism, the co-operation of nation-states. The multilateral or multipolar BRICS is now replacing the Western World Order and its Western-controlled UN and other puppet organisations. This is because those who join BRICS enhance their sovereignty, instead of handing it over to some new Washington or Brussels. It will be up to the West to eat humble pie and enter BRICS, as an equal among many, merely part of the World Community, for it is Right that makes Might, not the other way round. This is the millennial revelation to the Western world. The days of its Supremacy and its G7 club are over.

BRICS includes all Non-Western continents, Asia (China, India), Europe (Russia), Africa (South Africa) and South America (Brazil). Now with ten core members (true, Saudi Arabia has not yet formalised its membership as Number 10), there are twenty-five more countries which are sooner or later going to become full members or partner-states, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Algeria, Nigeria, Senegal, Uganda, Venezuela, Bolivia, Cuba, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan, Tadzhikistan, Kyrgyzstan, Azerbaijan, Syria, Turkey, Belarus and Serbia. BRICS has gone from a Non-Western Alliance to a true International Community, far more representative of the world than the US puppet, which is called the failed UN.

Conclusion: The Church

Right is Might is in fact the principle of the canon law of the Orthodox Church. And that is why all those who promote nationalist politics in Church administrations, that is, who proclaim that Might is Right against the law of the Gospel, the primacy of the Kingdom of Heaven, forfeit all spiritual and moral right to their positions.

Those who place racist politics and their nationalist ‘protocols’ above the pastoral care of souls do not qualify. They will disappear and, at best, be forgotten by history – at worst, they will die like Arius. The future is with those who clearly have a universal message, which can appeal to all. The paths of the sect lead but to inglory.

Russophobia and the Ukraine: Self-Liberation or Self-Destruction for Western Europe?

PART ONE: Russophobia and the Ukraine

Introduction: Western Russophobia

Western Russophobia has always been based on a large number of artificial and utterly hypocritical oppositions: Superior-inferior; West-East; European-Asiatic; Christian-barbarian; Civilised-primitive; Modern-backward; Strong-weak; Liberal-autocratic; Democratic-authoritarian; Good-evil; White-black. In other words, the West is always right. In fact it has always based its ‘rightness’ on lies, PR propaganda, Hitlerian racist enmity and a series of hypocritical prejudices. Let us look at this Russophobia in one specific case, the classic British case.

British Russophobia

After the defeat of Napoleon at Waterloo in 1815, a defeat largely owed to the German Prussians rather than to Wellington, Great Britain no longer had an enemy. It soon found one: Russia. Russia had directly defeated Napoleon and his Combined Western Army of twelve nationalities of some 600,000 in 1812, and had then liberated Paris in 1814. Therefore, it was a potential rival and therefore the enemy. By the 1830s this feeling of hostility towards Russia had been developed under the pro-Ottoman Urquhart and British imperialists invented the paranoid, anti-Russian, delusional narrative of ‘the Great Game’.

So came the full-scale, unprovoked invasion of Russia in the so-called ‘Crimean War’ of 1853-1856. Then Britain’s propaganda machine suddenly switched from being anti-French to anti-Russian and from anti-Ottoman to pro-Ottoman, allying itself with the vengeful Napoleon III, the nephew of the previous evil enemy, and with the Muslim Ottomans. At the end of the nineteenth century the British were to exploit the anti-Jewish pogroms, conducted almost wholly by Lithuanian, Polish and Ukrainian Galician peasants, and none of which took place on Russian territory, as yet another anti-Russian tool.

Free England Condemns the Hypocrisy of the British Ruling Class

In the 1830s the English liberal Richard Cobden (1804-1865) called for an end to this Russophobia. He was already arguing that just as ‘in the slave trade we (the British) had surpassed in guilt the world, so in foreign wars we have the most aggressive, quarrelsome, warlike and bloody nation under the sun’. In October 1850 he wrote a letter claiming that in the last 25 years ‘you will find that we have been incomparably the most sanguinary nation on earth… in China, in Burma, in India, New Zealand, the Cape, Syria, Spain, Portugal, Greece, etc, there is hardly a country, however remote, in which we have not been waging war or dictating our terms at the point of a bayonet’. Cobden stated that the British, ‘the greatest blood-shedders of all’, had been then involved in more wars than the rest of Europe put together. This was factually correct.

For this, Cobden blamed the British Establishment aristocracy, which he stated had ‘converted the combativeness of the English race to its own ends’. On the British invasion of Burma in 1852, Cobden wrote: ‘I blush for my country, and the very blood in my veins tingled with indignation at the wanton disregard of all justice and decency without our proceedings towards that country exhibited. The violence and wrongs perpetrated by Pizarro or Cortez were scarcely veiled in a more transparent pretence of right than our own’. The Burmese, Cobden continued, had ‘no more chance against our 64-pound red-hot shot and other infernal improvement in the art of war than they would in running a race on their roads against our railways…the day on which we commenced the war with a bombardment of shot, shell and rockets…that the natives must have thought it an onslaught of devils, was Easter Sunday!’

Western Fascism

In the end, Great Britain ‘won’ its Great Game by overthrowing the Tsar through its regime-change operation which culminated in 1917. But that was a Pyrrhic victory. It all went wrong, for it was in this way that Britain was largely responsible for creating the anti-Western Communist Soviet Union, which replaced the highly Westernised Christian Russian Empire. When the next Combined West invaded Russia in June 1941 under Hitler, the second Napoleon, this multinational invasion from the West was welcomed by the Russophobic British. However, it ended unexpectedly with Russian troops liberating Vienna and Berlin from Western Fascism in 1945.

This was exactly as the Russian Empire had been about to do in 1917 before the British sabotage of Russia in the so-called ‘Revolution’. In reality, despite British anti-Russian propaganda about pogroms, the pogroms in Germany and Austria were far worse than any in the Non-Russian territories in the west of the old Russian Empire. And it was precisely such Western pogroms which later gave rise to the appalling and purely Western phenomenon of Fascism and Nazism, most of whose death-camps were, like Auschwitz, liberated by Russian-led Soviet troops.

Occupying the Ukraine

Now we leave to history the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union and move forward to our own times. Once Russia had thrown off the purely Western atheist Communist yoke in 1991 (yes, Communism is like Fascism a Western ideology and has nothing Russian about it), there was a period in which the US-led Western world invented a new enemy, Islam. However, given its ensuing defeats in the Muslim world in the 2010s, its attention turned back to Russia as its enemy once more. On the hundredth anniversary of the outbreak of World War One, the Combined West, now called NATO, meaning Washington and its mainly Western European vassals, invaded the Russian Lands again: Paris, Berlin, Washington. Napoleon, Hitler, Biden.

This meant the CIA violently toppling the democratically-elected Ukrainian government in Kiev in 2014, applauded by EU Commissars. After eight years of pleading for peace since 2014, in 2022 Russia was obliged to pre-empt the planned Kiev invasion and genocide of the Russian Lands in the south and east by NATO-trained and NATO-supplied Kiev regime forces. The US intention was to use the Kiev regime and its troops as pawns, suicidal proxies to weaken and destroy Russia. Russia pre-empted the invasion by sending token forces into the Ukraine. Thus began the liberation of the Russian south and east of the Soviet-invented ‘Ukraine’, so dismantling this purely artificial country, invented by Western-created Communist monsters from 1922 on, into its constituent parts. This means essentially into Russia, Ukraine, Poland. Hungary and Romania.

Liberating the Ukraine

Russia does not want to ‘conquer’ the Ukraine, whatever ‘conquer’ means. By far the biggest country in the world has no need of more territory. Its hope is that the powerful anti-Nazi Ukrainian Resistance Movement can overthrow the CIA-imposed and financed Fascist regime in Kiev with the angry, disillusioned and betrayed peoples of the Ukraine. The hope is that with help Ukrainians will set up their own Free, Non-Nazi, Non-CIA, Ukrainian government there, which will unite the Ukrainian Ukraine into a sovereign country.

Its protection from Western/NATO imperialists will be guaranteed by the Russian Federation. The drama has always been that, greedy to control and exploit their natural resources and geopolitical significance, the West has never allowed the peoples of the Ukraine self-determination. Hence 40% of Ukrainian territory now belongs to the US Blackrock Corporation, sold off by corrupt and feudal Kiev politicians behind the backs of their peoples.

World War III or World War I, Part III?

This lack of self-determination, or lack of freedom, for Ukrainians has resulted in the largely MI6-planned terrorist attacks on Russian civilians, repeating the typically British terrorist attacks on German civilians and others in World War II, which were just as futile. This has resulted in the recent, NATO-planned Ukrainian incursion into the unpopulated and forested southern tip of the Kursk province of Russia. World War II German Panther and Tiger tanks, driven by SS Ukrainians, have been replaced by German Leopard tanks today.

Nothing has changed. Little wonder that some consider that there has only ever been one World War, but in three parts. Perhaps it is World War One, Part III that is now ending in the Ukraine? The US at last understands that it has lost its proxy war in the Ukraine; all it wants to do now is to hold on until the US elections, when they can forget it. Although this liberation is well-advanced, what can be said of the future liberation of the Western Peninsula half of Europe, which begins after the Polish border?

PART TWO: Self-Liberation or Self-Destruction for Western Europe?

The New Poverty of Western Europe

The centre of Western Europe’s economy and industry had for at least five generations been Germany, despite two Great Wars. No longer today. Having been forced by its US-run elite to cut itself off from cheap Russian gas, oil and other natural resources and accept the US destruction of the Nordstream pipeline, exactly as the US had publicly promised to do, its industry is closing down. The social effects in a country which is already full of refugees from the failed US-led wars in Muslim North Africa, West Asia and the Ukraine, are catastrophic. Germany, like the rest of Western Europe, is already no longer an economic rival to the US, for like most EU countries it threw away control of its own currency. Widespread poverty is now visible. The US has won, defeating not victorious Russia, but destroyed Western Europe.

The centre of Western Europe’s ideology and diplomacy had for generations been France, which even provided it with the French language for diplomacy. With its UN seat, it promoted an independent, pro-Gaullist European line, opposing, for example, the second US war against Iraq in 2003, for which Americans called the French ‘cheese-eating surrender monkeys’. No longer today. Since the corrupt President Sarkozy, who forced France to join the US-run NATO in 2009, France has been ruled by US-placed Presidents. Today, France is paralysed, as its Rothschild bank-clerk president, Macron, surrounded by other perverts, has refused to implement the results of the last French Parliamentary election, which he disastrously lost. The country is ungovernable and he is left as a detested dictator.

Europe Governed by the American Empire

The two other major EU countries, Italy and Spain, are silent, besieged and impoverished like all the other smaller ones from Ireland to Portugal, Romania to the Netherlands, Greece to Croatia, by masses of illegal immigrants, whom national governments are not allowed to reject, as the elites passed control from the nation state to the Globalists. The only Western European countries whose voices are heard are those who scurry to repeat and exaggerate US policies, being ‘more royalist than the king’, to try and show that their completely unimportant countries are somehow important. Indeed, the US has to restrain these fanatics.

They are delusional. In fact, the leaders of these countries are talking to themselves. The countries are the Northern European UK, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Poland and the three tiny Baltic statelets. The combined population of these latter three is only one tenth of France’s, which has a UN seat, and yet their voices are heeded far more than France’s. All these eight countries amount to no more than three or four of the fifty US States. However, all over Europe a revolt has begun against the oppressive US-run elites in the breaking down UK and among the European Union Commissars who are the new Pilates, the New Roman governors.

Western European Resistance

However, so far only 25% of Europeans of left or right are revolting against US oppression. The Globalist Uniparty, whatever it may call itself, Labour, Conservative, Social, Democratic, holds sway. Most Europeans have been brainwashed by the US-run and, in the case of the BBC, pedophile media into believing that the only alternative to being slaves of the American Empire is to be subject to the bogeymen of Russia and China. These, apparently, are ‘authoritarian’, ‘autocratic’ and ‘Fascist’.

And most citizens are so zombified that they actually believe such lies. With their ‘leaders’ in bondage to the US, the majority of Western Europeans are brainwashed by bread and circuses and left ignorant. Europe has made itself irrelevant on the world stage, ideologically, politically, diplomatically, economically, socially, culturally and, most significantly, spiritually and morally. It is a sad time in European history. Western Europe is dying – through its own choice.

Free Europe: De-Americanisation

Since the 1940s Western Europe, like Japan, has been occupied by US troops. As a result, over the last eighty years, Western Europe has been thoroughly americanised, colonised and vassalised, coca-cola-ised, macdonald-ised, netflix-ised, singing in American, and reclothed in the unisex American uniform of jeans, T-shirts and trainers. There is the attempt to create a highly centralised United States of Europe, at present called the EU and run by the US-trained elite of unelected Eurocommissars.

The US aim is to destroy the strength of industry in Western Europe through its illegal sanctions ‘against Russia’, in reality against Western Europe, destroying its economies, as it destroyed the Nordstream pipeline. The only hope for Western Europe is, probably nation by nation, to be abandoned by the US, just as Soviet-controlled Europe was abandoned by the USSR, like a row of dominos between 1989 and 1991. Western Europe will then have to de-americanise itself, by turning to the multipolar BRICS Alliance, ejecting its US imperialist masters

The Alliance

This Alliance, with a BRICS Security Council of Five and soon perhaps fifty associate members, is becoming a new and at last real and independent United Nations. Only in BRICS will nations be allowed to keep their own identities, but also to reintegrate Eurasia and benefit from Russian natural resources and Chinese investment. Let it be made clear, Russia will not liberate Western Europe; its interests stop at the Polish border, where East Slavdom ends. Russia has turned its back on aggressive and now unimportant Western Europe.

Western Europe must help itself, liberating itself. Russians are tired of going to liberate Paris and Berlin and seeing its soldiers die there. No more. However, de-americanisation is only the first of the two stages in the process of the self-liberation of Western Europe. Before the US intervened in Western Europe in 1917, having in 1916 ordered Great Britain to overthrow the Tsar’s Russia before its long-prepared entry into the War, it was already and again at war with itself. It has constantly made war with itself and with others. Only Western Europe can liberate itself from this.

Free Europe: De-Frankisation

After all, the USA is itself a Western European invention, resulting from the aggressive Western European invasion and occupation of the lands of the original Asian settlers there. Ther huge territories had belonged to them for thousands of years before Western Europeans settled them. The fundamental process, which must probably happen before Western European nations join BRICS, is ‘de-frankisation’, which I will explain below. This is indicated in the above quotation from Cobden, that ‘the British, the greatest blood-shedders of all, had been then involved in more wars than the rest of Europe put together’.

For this he blamed the ever-aggressive British aristocracy, which he declared had ‘converted the combativeness of the English race to its own ends’. Now the British aristocracy are of Viking origin, the Vikings, called in history Northmen or Normans, used as shock-troops for the spread of the imperialism of the Frankish ruling class of Continental Western Europe. It is this same Frankish and, in the British Isles and Ireland, its local Norman variant, that controls politics, the media and the arms trade throughout Western Europe. Until it is removed from power, which is possibly peacefully, its wars of aggression will continue.

Conclusion: Towards a Great England and a Great Europe

Those who are anti-imperialist in England are often accused of being ‘Little Englanders’, rather than ‘Great Britainists’. Our values are in fact neither Great British Imperialism, essentially Fascist, nor Little England bigotry, essentially Ignorance. Rather, because we are actual Christians, we believe in a ‘Great England’, an England made Great because it prizes above all Love and Truth, that is, Patriotism and Peace, and not the Anti-Patriotism of Globalism and its forever wars. And these words apply to each and every other people of Western Europe.

The Russian-Founded New World Order and Moving to Russia

Introduction: Why I Have Not Moved to Russia

As a fluent Russian-speaker, I wanted to move to Russia when I was actually 20, when I was invited to study at the Moscow Theological Academy in 1977, but the Cold War prevented that. I would long ago have moved there, if I were 20 years old. In the last twelve months I have been invited to move there, where the futile slanders of me by one here are mocked, to serve as a priest by two Patriarchal bishops, whom I know and who know the real situation.

However, my family lives here and my Russian and other parishioners need me here. I will not be going to Russia, unless my whole family, all 27 of us, wishes to go. I prefer to stay and continue the fight against the ecumenists, against the covidists, and against the pseudo-Russian schismatics. I was, by God’s will, born here. God put me here to do something here. When I was 18 and the late Metropolitan Kallistos told me that, I did not know what that something was.

Gradually, the twofold sense of my life was revealed to me. It was to witness to Western European Orthodoxy, to St Felix, St Edmund and the ten thousand other Western Saints, whom St John also venerated, and so to restore the Non-Establishment West, and, secondly, in the words of the ever-memorable Slovak Metropolitan Laurus, ‘to keep the purity of Holy Orthodoxy’. This meant to act against the rogues of left and right, against both the scribes and against the pharisees.

This meant fighting against both the spiritually empty intellectuals, ecumenists and modernists, and the equally spiritually empty ‘princes of the Church’, whose only interests are their preening narcissism and love of power and money. Both sides, acting together against the mainstream, that is, against the mighty river, of the Church of God, are too cowardly and unprincipled to stand up to such corrupt bullies, anti-family perverts and psychopaths, and they repeat their slanders against us. But we are not cowards and unprincipled. God is the Judge of those who repeat slanders against us.

Russian Military, Political and Diplomatic Victories

In the wide world, today the government of President Putin is liberating the bankrupt Ukraine and its patriotic and persecuted faithful from NATO Nazism, as promoted by the local Fascist rogues in Kiev. Clearly, this conflict will end with the Kiev regime’s capitulation. Russia hopes that this capitulation will take place through a popular Ukrainian insurrection against the Kiev regime. That is possible. The US-created Ukraine is the biggest loser of this war, but not far behind it is the now isolated and impoverished Western Europe. This has lost greatly, as it has committed economic suicide by boycotting cheap Russian gas, oil, fertiliser and other resources and has also taken in eight million very expensive Ukrainians, who became very unpopular there through their demands and sense of entitlement. As for the third loser, the ungoverned USA, it has already abandoned the Ukraine, just as it abandoned Afghanistan and Iraq before it.

Internationally, the same Russian government has created a defensive Alliance with China, North Korea, Iran, Belarus and Mongolia. Thus, Russia’s borders, east and west are now secured and protected, much as they were in January 1904, before the West attacked Russia indirectly (through Japan, which later wanted to destroy Korea, China and Mongolia), and then in January 1914, before the West attacked Russia directly. South Asia, India, is already with Russia and we will soon see the consolidation of the Eurasian heartland, as Central Asia joins this defensive Alliance of Eurasia.

As for the Russian-sponsored BRICS Economic Alliance, even now 45% of the world population, it was founded in 2009 in Ekaterinburg, the City of the Martyrdom of Tsar Nicholas II and his Family, a martyrdom ordered from New York. BRICS, now with nine countries, includes other countries from Asia (the UAE), Africa (Ethiopia and South Africa) and Latin America (Brazil). In Kazan, in seven weeks’ time, new members will ask to join the BRICS Alliance, some say thirty countries, some say more, though most of them may not actually be joining as early as this year. Among the candidates are countries as diverse as Azerbaijan, Cuba, Bolivia, Gabon, Venezuela, Belarus, Turkiye, Algeria, Indonesia, Vietnam, Serbia, Malaysia, Kazakhstan and even, one day, for the moment EU Hungary, Slovakia and Italy.

Russian victory was imminent at the end of 1916, liberating Vienna in summer 1917 and Berlin in autumn 1917, just before the Western prevented that victory by overthrowing the Tsar with its agents and replacing him with the Western agents, Lenin and Trotsky, the former of whom created the Ukraine, the second of whom was born in what is now the Ukraine. Russia is back. This Russian victory may be imminent again, in 2024 – unless the West can overthrow the present Tsar. Over a century of thwarted Russian victory may be over at last, despite the spies, traitors, perverts and schismatics who have infiltrated the Russian Orthodox Church.

Russian-United Eurasia and European Collapse

Three of the four world’s superpowers and largest economies are in Asia: China, India and Russia. China and India were once far more prosperous and far more advanced than Europe, before Western Europeans colonised, exploited and destroyed them. That process has now gone into reverse: Asia now dominates Western Europe. Moreover, Eurasian Russia is getting Asia to unite. East Asia (China etc), West Asia (the old ‘Middle East’), South Asia (India etc) and North Asia (Russia) are uniting. Apart from the still hesitant five ‘stans’ of Central Asia, what is missing is US-occupied North-West Asia (what is still called ‘Western Europe’, 5% of the world population) and US-occupied North-East Asia (the ever-shrinking Japan and South Korea).

The hope is that both the latter, the North-West Asian Peninsula (the Western half of Europe, which has so disastrously tried to expand into the Eastern half, in the Ukraine) and the North-East Asian Archipelago (Japan and South Korea), will liberate themselves from Americanisation (camouflaged beneath the word ‘Globalism’) and enter into this Grand Alliance of the Global Majority of BRICS. For this to happen patriotic left and patriotic right have to unite against the anti-patriotic, NATO-Nazi Globalists of the US-created Uniparty, who are the real extremists. Liberation from the 20% of the pro-US, pro-EU, pro-NATO, pro-Kiev and pro-Woke Globalist Establishment is what the 80%, the peoples of Western Europe, seek. For the Globalists always put anti-national interests first, to the detriment of their own electorates.

Such liberation from the Establishment, the System, as it is called in Germany (‘the Deep State’ in the USA), is now the electoral path in the UK, France, Germany and almost every other country in Western Europe, against the highly unpopular ruling class elite. We the people want our sovereignty and our national identity, which we believe is in our saints, back. In the meantime, we have to face the contemporary Western reality. This is summed up by both the opening and closing ceremonies of the Pagan Games in Paris, which show exactly what its nature is. The Serbian Orthodox tennis player Novak Djokovich and some African athletes resisted the persecution and blasphemies against Christianity there, but few others did.

LGBT ideology and transgenderism dominate the Western Establishment (for example, the millionaire pedophiles employed by the BBC) more and more. It is shocking. The West has become the collapsing Soviet Union. It is 1989 in the West. As a result, President Putin has issued an executive order to take in spiritual refugees from the West, on condition that they share in the traditional religious values of the Russian Federation and that they are under persecution. Should people move there?

Moving to Russia

So far only one Russian family from our parish has moved to Russia, though not because they were under persecution. That was eighteen months ago. It was a great success financially. They both have jobs which they like and they are already able to buy their own home. One other parishioner is thinking about following their example, but most of my many Russian parishioners are not even contemplating it. Let alone our Ukrainians, Balts, Romanians, Moldovans, Serbs, Bulgarians, Greeks and the other twenty-one nationalities among our 600 regular parishioners.

Here some should take care, not returning Russians who know the situation perfectly well, but naïve and idealistic Non-Russian converts to Orthodoxy. They should ask themselves many questions first: Why do most Russians stay here and new Russians even want to come here? Why do they not return and others still want to leave Russia? The fact is that in today’s Russia, most live in high-rise tower blocks, abortion is twice even the appalling level of Western countries, divorce is just as high as in the West, and most baptised Orthodox are still cremated when they die. Beware of ‘the grass is always greener on the other side’ syndrome.

Then there is the bureaucracy (just as bad as in France) and corruption, which is especially noticeable when it comes to health care with its universal envelopes under the table. As for the Church, only 2-3% go to church, partly because of the problems of corrupt and oligarchic homosexual bishops and money-grubbing priests (those two problems helped cause the post-1917 persecution of the Church). What many in the West do not understand is that Russia is dominated by a cultural Orthodoxy, rather than a zealous, practising Orthodoxy, just like every other country in the Orthodox world.

Then there are purely practical questions. Do you speak Russian? You will have to learn. What money will you live off, if you live in Russia? What job will you find? How will your children adapt to a very different and much tougher school system? Will you attend church in Slavonic and on the old calendar? (If you do not do so here, how will you cope there?). Just a little dose of reality.

Conclusion: Avoiding Escapism

For most it is too early to contemplate moving to Russia. Let us wait and see. As long as we can still be saved here, as long as we can still fight and resist here, despite the persecution of us here, not by LGBT fanatics, but by certain so-called ‘Orthodox’ bishops, let us stay here. To leave now seems like running away. We still have the chance to win here.

Holy Rus in High Suffolk: An Interview with a Russian Count

Over the last fourteen years I have got to know particularly well a couple who are spiritual children and whom I call the Earl and Countess of Orthodox East Anglia. Nobles of Russian extraction, they have made their home in England and chosen to live in the mystical heart of our local East Anglian Orthodox Church and Kingdom. Count (Earl in the English system) Benckendorff, a parishioner since 2010, agreed to this extensive conversation after I interviewed his wife over a month ago. With his permission we have slightly edited his words, though his English is excellent.

On the table in the oak-beamed living room, where we conduct the interview, stands a golden samovar, bought in St Audrey’s Ely, alongside a portrait of the Tsar’s Family. Nearby stands a lovely vase with a bouquet of fragrant roses, which the Countess has picked from the garden of their thatched farmhouse in High Suffolk, near the Norfolk border. The Countess has served us tea from her favourite Royal Albert service, the doors to the garden wide open before us. Such is the setting for this second conversation, the recording of which stretched on into the lengthening shadows of the English summer evening.

Q: Can you please tell us something about your family?

A: In 1775 the Benckendorff family was awarded an estate of 8,000 acres in Sosnovka in the Tambov province of Russia for services to the Crown. After the Revolution most branches of the family, like ours, remained inside the USSR, but we had to change our name for fear of being murdered by the Bolsheviks. Indeed, one priestly ancestor is a New Martyr. At first, we remained in Russia, but after 1945 we moved to what had by then become the eastern Ukraine, though that region is now back in Russia again after 100 years of Soviet-imposed exile.

After 1917 one branch settled in England. This was the family of Count Alexander Benckendorff, who was the last ambassador of the Tsar to Great Britain between 1903 and 1917. His family found itself stranded in the White Russian emigration, as Alexander had passed away in January 1917. Unlike his brother Paul, who was very close to Tsar Nicholas in Tsarskoe Selo, Alexander was never Orthodox. He had become a Catholic by conviction from Lutheranism and is buried in the crypt of Westminster Cathedral in London.

Q: Where did you meet the Countess?

A: In the Ukraine. There I, a Benckendorff, met and married another Benckendorff, though the Countess was previously quite unknown to me and her branch of the family had also assumed another name. Some time ago I worked out that we are eighth cousins. The way we met was quite extraordinary, neither knowing that the other was of Benckendorff descent and yet feeling that we were kindred souls. Both of us were divorced, having made bad marriages when we were far too young, like so many who were brought up in the Soviet Union. The marriages did not last very long and there were no children. Some years after we met, in 2008, we left Russia and settled in the West.

Q: Did you know about the English Benckendorffs then?

A: No, we did not know anything about the ‘English’ branch of the family until five years ago. To our surprise, we discovered that they had lived in south-east Suffolk, very close to where we first lived before we moved here. Their choice was because of the agricultural connections of the Benckendorff family. Ransomes farm machinery, made in Ipswich, was used on our estate and there were also contacts with the Suffolk Fisons fertiliser company, which later came to own a very large property called Harvest House in Felixstowe.

And so the family story turned full circle. In any case, Suffolk is where we have made our home and we in no way regret it. This is the land of St Edmund, the patron saint of Suffolk and of England, and we fly his flag here. You introduced us to him and to the other local saints. We respect the Local Church and honour the local saints. That is our Orthodox duty. We had thought of calling our Suffolk home ‘Sosnovka’ from the name of our estate, but we agreed that we must be local and so we named it ‘St Edmund’s House’.

Q: What did you study as a young man?

A: In the 90s I studied history at the University of Kiev and then some years later theology at St Tikhon’s University of the Humanities in Moscow. However, I never taught history, because in the 1990s we had to practise commerce in order to survive. We were fortunate in business because of my knowledge of English and French and my wife’s knowledge of German. We did very well. That is how I came to study as a mature student at St Tikhon’s in Moscow and then we moved to the West in 2008 and England in 2010. Nearly six years ago we bought this old farmhouse. Now I still study theology and the history of the Russian Church and I have also written a novel in Russian under a pseudonym. We also breed roses which involves travel to many places, including to Germany. Financially we have been helped by the investments we made in the past.

Q: As you know, I come from the Suffolk-Essex border where the dry and sunny climate and the soil are ideal for seed growing, which was my father’s profession. He was a sweet pea expert and even has a sweet pea named after him. How did you come to breed roses and not, for example, sweet peas?

A: Like you, Fr Andrew, we love sweet peas, also lilac and many other flowers and shrubs, but both of us have always loved roses more, already in the Ukraine, where in the east the black earth is so fertile and the climate is so good. Some twenty years ago my wife fell in love with roses in a monastery there, where she had the obedience from her spiritual father of maintaining the monastery rose garden. A huge variety of roses is available in Russia and the Ukraine with sturdier stems than in England, even though you have David Austen roses. One of our favourite roses is ‘Zephyr’ from Turchinov. We also love lilacs and again there is a Russian lilac called ‘Beauty of Moscow’. We are introducing Russian roses, lilacs and others into England. This seems to be our mission!

Strangely enough, we discovered that my great-great-grandfather’s cousin, the ambassador Alexander Konstantinovich, and his wife, Sofia Petrovna, who was a Tolstoy, also grew roses. Then their grand-daughter, Natalia Konstantinovna, who passed away only in 2018, grew them. Her husband, Thomas Humphrey Brooke, who was a friend of Sir Alfred Munnings, became an internationally acknowledged expert on roses. He was a close friend of the rosarian Peter Beales at his gardens in Attleborough in Norfolk. Humphrey cultivated over 500 varieties of rose. I know Peter Beales’ son, who has just retired. Roses must be in the Benckendorff genes.

Q: Let us turn to Church matters now. As you follow Church affairs very closely, you know much about the schism between Moscow and Constantinople on account of the Ukraine. Do you see a way out of this?

A: There is always a way out. It is called repentance, the antidote to despair, the antidote that Judas did not take. Beware, he did not take the antidote and hanged himself. What must be done to undo this schism is to work in reverse. This means going back to what caused the schism and reversing it. This means that Constantinople must abandon its pretensions to the territory of the Russian Church in the ex-Soviet Union. These pretensions were formed because the Patriarchate of Moscow refused to grant anyone outside the Russian Federation autocephaly and because Washington paid Constantinople to commit the crime of setting up a fake Church in the Ukraine. Still, if Moscow had given the Ukrainian Orthodox Church autocephaly years ago, creating a national Church there, Constantinople would never have meddled, because the Ukrainians would have been satisfied already.

Next, or preferably before that, Moscow must immediately stop its schism with Constantinople, start concelebrating and abandon its excommunications and defrockings, freeing people to act according to their conscience. The schism was quite unnecessary and just brought Moscow into exactly the same isolation and disrepute as Constantinople, losing it all sympathy. Two wrongs do not make a right. How do you say that in English, when both are equally guilty? There is an expression with six and six in it.

Q: Six of one and half a dozen of the other?

A: Yes, that’s it. Anyway, Moscow must also negotiate a canonical solution to the African problem. Either Africa belongs canonically to the Patriarchate of Alexandria or to Moscow, or else the territory must be divided and different geographical regions will belong to one or the other. For example, Egypt, or even all Muslim North Africa, could remain under Alexandria and Moscow could take Black Africa, where it has a lot of political support, though only if it is prepared to set up a real, local, independent African Orthodox Church. You cannot have overlapping jurisdictions on the same territory. We must support the canonical order of the Church internationally.

Q: Is this realistic? Look at the Diasporas, where we have had overlapping jurisdictions for over a century.

A: Things are changing. Look, the Special Military Operation in the Ukraine will be over soon. The Kiev regime is collapsing. Some even say it will all be over for the Dormition, on 28^th August. Perhaps not so soon. In any case, the USA is giving up on its Fascist friends in the Ukraine, who have failed. Americans hate failure. What is the way out? One way is if Trump, who is already the real President – some even say that Biden is literally, not just metaphorically, dead – could perhaps denounce the whole Ukraine project. He could say that it was all a fantasy of Biden, ‘Genocide Joe’, as they call him.

Trump must abandon the fake OCU Church that Constantinople set up in the Ukraine with US dollars, denouncing it as created by those who deceived him in Washington in 2018. President Putin will make the freedom of the Church a condition for peace anyway. The Church must be free from the persecution of the OCU, which must return the thousands of churches it has stolen. Trump must give up the illegal sanctions against Russia, release frozen Russian assets and return the stolen interest on those assets.

In this way President Trump can get a photo opportunity of the Two Presidents. He will be shaking hands with President Putin in Moscow (Trump loves having his photo taken) as the great hero, peacemaker and dealmaker, unlike Biden the warmaker and failure. Why, Trump could get a Nobel Prize – those prizes are funded by the CIA anyway, as we saw with Solzhenitsyn. Trump and Moscow can sign an agreement, stating that Washington has no claims to the Ukraine and that Moscow has no claims to the Baltics, Finland, Poland, Romania, or anywhere else west of the Ukraine. This will be historic, but should all have been done 33 years ago in 1991.

Q: What about Moldova?

A: This agreement would include Moldova, unless some minorities who live there along the border with the New Ukraine or Russia vote by democratic referendum to transfer, for example, the Transdnistrians and the Gagauzians. Most of Moldova will eventually go back to Romania. It is historically inevitable. The Patriarchate in Moscow has lost the loyalty of most Moldovans through its centralising racism and many there are already joining the Romanian Church.

Such a deal of the Two Presidents would give both Russia and Western Europe security, making NATO entirely redundant, which is what both President Trump and President Putin want. Such a new security agreement for Europe could be presented as a triumph for Trump (the Americans are experts at PR) and Moscow will be fully satisfied. Russia will set up the third Union State in the New Ukraine, which will be a second Belarus, perhaps also landlocked, as all the south and east of the old Ukraine, which are Russian, as I know, may well rejoin Russia. The Ukraine will be demilitarised and denazified, as Moscow needs. With such a deal both sides will save money and, above all, both will save lives.

Q: Do you think the New Ukraine will retain the western borders of Stalin’s Ukraine?

A: Moscow may well give some extreme western parts of Stalin’s Ukraine, for Stalin’s borders are what Biden and the EU Commissars have been fighting for, back to Poland, Romania and especially to Hungary, our ally. This would be seen as a great victory for the USA and as a great victory for Russia, though it would not be a victory for the Western European elite. But that elite does not count for anything internationally and can be ignored. Moscow negotiates only with Trump, neither with the sick old man before Trump, nor with the Western European puppies who lie and cheat.

With peace in the Ukraine, the Patriarchate in Moscow will also have to negotiate a new relationship with the canonical Ukrainian Orthodox Church in Kiev, under which I began my Orthodox life. And probably also a new relationship with other parts of the Russian Church outside the Russian Federation. Otherwise, Moscow will lose everything there too. A wave of autocephalies must follow. The age of Soviet central planning is over. It was over with the dissolution of the USSR in 1991, only the Church authorities did not keep up with changing times.

Q: Why do you say that this will not be a victory for the Western European elite?

A: The Western European political elite, its ruling class, has for eighty years been living off the USA, licking its heels and barking when told to. It has become dependent on the USA, not only a drug-addict enslaved to the USA, but also a vampire that sucks its blood. As in Dostoyevsky’s parable of the Grand Inquisitor, that elite does not want freedom. But Western Europe is a very expensive slave to keep and the now bankrupt USA can no longer afford it, just as one day it will no longer be able to afford to keep its other vassals, Israel, Japan and South Korea.

The American Empire is like the Roman Empire which in the early fifth century could not afford to keep Britain and had to abandon it. Western Europe will have to find its own way, control its own destiny, defend itself. Actually, it will be able to slash its futile military spending once the new security agreement or non-aggression pact with Russia has been signed. That is also what Russia wants. It is tired of being invaded by the West.

Today the USA is letting go of Western Europe. This means the UK and the EU, minus Hungary, Slovakia, others like Serbia and maybe later many more like Romania, Greece, and perhaps even Italy. The first three have already more or less negotiated their way out of the EU into BRICS. Freedom from the USA will undermine the parasitic globalist Western European elite of puppies and puppets, banksters and gangsters, unprincipled and hypocritical pawns all of them. They backed the Kiev Nazis even to their own detriment, allowing prices for their peoples to double and letting the Americans blow up the Nordstream pipeline.

That ruling class of perverts will have to resign, if they are not first voted out, or better arrested, because they no longer have the protection of Trump’s Washington. The Western European swamp will be drained. That is why they and their globalist media propagandists like the BBC feel betrayed and hate Trump. As a result of all this, we shall at last see new Western European rulers, hopefully far more respectful of the wishes of the native peoples of Western Europe. Then can be abandoned those satanic and blasphemous pagan festivals like Eurovision and the 33^rd Olympic Games Opening Ceremony, which openly mocked Christ, Who was crucified when He was 33. No wonder French cathedrals burn down. If that is Western Civilisation, then there is nothing left to defend.

All these countries can then be at peace with the eastern half of Europe, comprised of Russia, the New Ukraine and Belarus. Importantly, this eastern half stretches on into North Asia, to the Chinese border and the Pacific Ocean. Russia is the gateway to Asia, the future, where three of the world’s four largest economies thrive. We are at last seeing the Gaullist vision of a natural unity which stretches from Lisbon to Vladivostok. Western Europe will no longer be unnaturally cut off, but will rejoin the whole of Asia, of which it is only a north-western peninsula.

All this is possible, though if and when it happens is another story. It may all take many years and I trust more in Vance than in Trump. These are just my thoughts and hopes. We shall see.

Q: Will England take part in this New Western Europe, which will at last become a real part of Eurasia, which geographically it always has been?

A: Ah, dear old England. A good question. I really hope so. If the USA rejects England, it will have to leave the USA. It will not be the fifty-first State of the USA. And with the very fragile, violent and divisive situation in the present fifty States with their 35 trillion dollars of debt, that is not an enviable position to be in. I think England should ally itself with the new, post-American, Eurasian Europe of the BRICS Alliance. Ireland, Scotland and Wales surely will. May St Edmund and the English saints guide England towards this.

But for England to become sovereign again, the oppressive British Establishment ruling class will first have to be removed, with its private elite schools, Oxbridge, Westminster, BBC, Financial Times, Economist, tabloid press like the Guardian, the Telegraph, all those other Daily State propaganda mouthpieces, and the Blairs, Camerons, Sunaks and Starmers. As you have very often written, Father, that elite is alien, not Norman by blood, but Norman by mentality, spiritually Norman, made up of spiritual invaders.

Q: We have got into political affairs. To come back to our question, what in your view was the essential error behind the Greek-Russian schism?

A: Lack of communion. It is vital to remain in communion with everyone. It is a great, great sin to break communion, because if you do this, you cause division in the Church. And the Moscow bureaucrats who surround the Patriarch committed this sin, weaponising communion. And look where they are now: isolated, feared, unloved and scandal-ridden. It is all so Soviet. They have lost all their best friends – they even lost you, Father, who spent all your life fighting for communion and the reintegration of the Russian Church.

Q: Why do bishops break communion?

A: It is always because they want more power. And what do they do once they have power? They introduce novelties in order to justify themselves. This was exactly the case of Rome in the eleventh century. All the innovations they introduced after they had broken off communion from the Church were self-justification for breaking communion. And self-justification is the opposite of repentance.

A thousand years on and the Popes of Rome and the Vatican machine have still not repented, still claiming to be rulers of the Christian world, and so they are still out of communion with us, who follow the principle of the Local, which is the principle of Catholicity. They instead imposed the Centre, that is, Rome. Can you imagine, they tried to impose their barbarous Latin on the descendants of the Civilisations of the Incas, Maya and Aztecs! No respect for the Local!

We must be very strict about keeping in communion. The way back, the return, is in respecting the canonical territories of each Local Church. That is what Rome did not do and instead tried to impose itself by the sword on Orthodox territories, with their crusades, inquisitions and so on. Now Constantinople is trying to do the same, imposing centralisation in imitation of Papism. And Moscow Church bureaucrats tried to do the same, but God has intervened, its Soviet Empire over Non-Russians is crumbling.

Q: I would like to come back to my original question, which we did not answer. Do these considerations give us a solution to the divisions in the Diasporas, where there have been several overlapping jurisdictions for over a century?

A: In the Diasporas, where there are mixed Orthodox populations, responsibility for organising new Local Churches lies with the majority ethnic group, but that majority must respect all the customs of the minorities. This is what Bishop Tikhon, the future Russian Patriarch and Saint, did when he headed the multinational Northern American Orthodox Church before the Revolution. Then Carpatho-Russians and Russian-converted Alaskans were the majority, but minorities like the Syrians, Serbs and others were together with them.

Today the Greeks are the Orthodox majority there, as also in Australia, but unity is blocked because of the political and imperialist style of the Greeks. As long as they have that Hellenist style, unity will be impossible. Only when the Greeks have a Non-Greek Patriarch, will they be taken seriously. As regards Western Europe the Romanians are the majority. Here I am hopeful, because respect is what our Romanian Metropolitan Joseph gave our Russian and Moldovan parishes with our calendar, languages and customs, when we had to flee to his canonical protection from pseudo-Russian episcopal persecution. And we in turn greatly respect and love the Romanians. I love their singing and their simplicity! Mutual respect is vital.

Q: One well-known Russian Metropolitan said that the Moscow-Constantinople schism is as big and as permanent as the 1054 Western Schism. What do you think?

A: That was nonsense. This schism is all about personalities and they are temporary. Here today, gone tomorrow, as you say in English. Neither Moscow, nor Constantinople has renounced or changed the Creed, unlike Rome in 1054. So this schism is not at all on the same level as 1054, it is not a dogmatic issue, but a vulgar issue of territory and personalities. And personalities change and are replaced. In any case, the Metropolitan-oligarch who said that, the bureaucrat was in part responsible for the whole fiasco, is now suspended and completely discredited. Nobody is listening to him any more. Here today, gone tomorrow.

Q: Can other Local Churches play a role in healing the Moscow-Constantinople schism?

A: Of course, and a vital role. The Churches of Jerusalem, Bulgaria, Albania, Serbia, Romania, Georgia, Macedonia, Poland and perhaps others like Antioch, Czechoslovakia and America, and of course the canonical Church of Metropolitan Onufry in the Ukraine, will play a vital role. Even some bishops in Greece and Cyprus are sufficiently non-racist to understand the reality. Some Local Churches are already playing that role, stressing the Conciliar principle, the principle of Sobornost, that is, Catholicity, which, by the way, is the exact opposite of Catholicism and it is precisely the spirit of Catholicism, that is Papism, which caused the schism. Read the interview with the new Bulgarian Patriarch, who was elected after the American candidate lost and was humiliated and the Greeks had to go home like whipped dogs. His words are inspired.

Q: Do you know Metropolitan Onufry?

A: Not personally, only by sight, but I do know Metropolitan Agafangel of Odessa and Archbishop Diodor quite well and they have the same spirit. The further you are from Moscow, the more you find that spirit.

Q: You mention that the essence of the schism is the lust for power on the part of bishops and the spirit of Catholicism or Papism which lies behind it. Can you expand on this?

A: We are all waiting for the restoration of canonical order in the Russian Church, but this cannot happen until the end of what some Russians call ‘Philocatholicism’. This means the fawning admiration by some Russian bishops of the Vatican power-structure, which is the concept of a Church-State, a Church which is a State, or is even more powerful than a State, as history saw at Canossa. However, I am completely against this word because I respect ordinary Catholics, who are Catholics only because they were born in a certain country and I would never insult or disrespect them. The disease inside the Russian Church is not Philocatholicism, the disease is ‘Philopapism’. That is the real heart of the issue, And, by the way, it has nothing to do with ecumenism. Some of the worst Philopapists are anti-ecumenist.

Q: In that case, can you define ‘Philopapism’ for us?

A: Yes, but first understand that Philopapism is not just a Russian disease, it has long infected Constantinople, where it is called ‘Eastern Papism’, and before that it infected Rome, where it has always been called Papism. In Rome the problem was and is Western nationalism, in Constantinople it is Greek nationalism and in Moscow it is Russian nationalism. In Russia, it is not at all a recent Soviet disease, ‘Sergianism’, unlike as some very politicised, anti-Communist emigres used to imagine, it goes back centuries in Russia too, long before Communism.

It existed, for example, just before the Revolution in the awful persecution of the so-called ‘Name of God’ monks on Mt Athos. It was Tsar Nicholas who stopped that persecution, which had been instigated by Metr Antony (Khrapovitsky), who later became the first leader of the émigré ROCOR. The persecution was carried out by bureaucrats who were more or less atheists. The First World War followed it. And most of those very same bishops who had persecuted simple piety, then abandoned Tsar Nicholas at the Revolution and even rejoiced at his overthrow. Later they had to repent, redeeming themselves at the price of martyrdom or of exile. They had to pay the price for their earlier vile persecution.

Q: What about the Soviet form of Philopapism?

A: The post-Revolutionary bout of Philopapism goes back to Metropolitan, later Patriarch, Sergius, who wanted to ‘save the Church’, just like the Popes and the recent Patriarchs of Constantinople. How can you ‘save the Church’? Christ is the Saviour! The Church does not need saving, it is we, including bishops and patriarchs, who need saving. Who do they think they are? The problem is that the Philopapists see the Church as a purely worldly organisation, just like the Popes of Rome, who used to lead armies in order to defend their Church. In order to defeat the barbarians, they themselves became barbarians! Who then was the gentleman?! From Patriarch Sergius this infection spread down to personalities like Metropolitan Nikodim (Rotov), who characteristically died in the arms of the Pope. Some say that he was a secret cardinal. Maybe. That is not the point. From him the disease has contaminated further to this day.

This disease is the mentality that bishops are ‘princes of the Church’, in fact they are perverted oligarchs, just like the Borgias in Renaissance Rome. This is poisonous. It is why I refused to go to many churches when I lived in the Ukraine and Russia. They were an immoral business operation and many bishops there are immoral, chosen only because they know how to make money, not because they believe in God, pray, or are monks. I think many of these new Russian Borgias should go to prison. The current Metropolitan Hilarion affair is only the tip of the iceberg. Others must be trembling now too. The truth is coming out and judgement is coming to them all.

Q: You said that Philopapism goes back centuries in Russia. When did Philopapism begin?

A: It came in after the fall of Constantinople, the Second Rome, in 1453. So began the idea of the Third Rome. Fighting against St Nil of Sora and the hesychast Non-Possessors – St Sergius of Radonezh had been one of them earlier on – the situation came to a head at the so-called ‘Raskol’, that is, the Old Ritualist schism 200 years later. Then the administrative centre of the Russian Church in Moscow was contaminated by Philopapism, which was also encouraged by the idea of the Third Rome, which maintains that Russia has a messianic mission. Russia does have a mission, but it takes place within the multilateral Alliance of Civilisations, which is what BRICS is about.

In other words, Philopapists think that Russia is exceptional, indispensable to the world and therefore anything its rulers do is justified. The antidote to this was in the concept of Moscow as a Second Jerusalem, but that option was cruelly rejected by the Moscow bureaucrats. It is not that I am in favour of Old Ritualism, which was a form of ignorant nationalism, but I am against persecution. What difference is there between the State persecution of the Old Ritualists in the seventeenth century and the State persecution of Orthodox in the twentieth century?

The Philopapist mentality creates pharisees and ‘high priests’, as Christ called them in the Gospel, those who like ‘the first places at table’. Philopapists consider that they are the chosen people and so above the law, above the canons, ‘exceptional’. But this mentality is why the pharisees crucified Christ, Who called them to order, what we call canonical order, and told them that our Kingdom is not of this world. He overturned the tables of these new moneychangers, which is what you did, Fr Andrew, when you chased out the new pharisees who were threatening you and screaming at you in 2021 and 2022. All those who persecuted you are one by one being removed. Bishops are not above the canons.

It is the Holy Spirit Who chooses us for mission, not pharisees. Pharisees think only in worldly terms of money and power, and camouflage themselves with messianism as self-justification for their lusts. It is simply lust for money and power that contaminates these people. Once they have money, they want power. It is always the same old sordid story of corruption and perversion. That is Philopapism.

Q: But Phariseeism itself is universal, isn’t it?

A: Yes, of course. It was this same missionary, messianic mentality which inspired the atheist Jew Bronstein-Trotsky, who wanted to spread the Communism of the Third International (which replaced the Third Rome) worldwide. He also persecuted, leading the Red Army and causing the deaths of millions. But it is not only Jewish, it can be Frankish, Norman, Venetian, Greek, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, French, British, German, Soviet, American, or anything else.

For instance, Soviet messianism strangely resembles American messianism. This is because the struggle between Washington and Moscow is in fact the struggle between the First Rome and the Third Rome, for the USA is the heir to the infallible Popes of the First Rome. ‘We are the exceptional people, the indispensable nation’, the infallible US have been saying of themselves ever since the collapse of the SU (Soviet Union), though its collapse had nothing to do with the Americans. (See how even the initials US and SU and their symbols, the white star and the red star, are the same, just the other way round).

Communism collapsed because it is unrealisable and went bankrupt. However, the collapse of the Soviet Union went to the heads of the US elite. They claimed absurdly: ‘This is the end of history and we have won. As the victors, we can set up a World Empire, called Globalism, we have exceptional authority, therefore no laws apply to us, we can carry out genocide in Iraq and Afghanistan, in Libya and Syria, in the Donbass and Gaza, we can ignore the International Criminal Court. We can do whatever we want’. In reality, this is just the same vulgar old imperialism, absolutism, immorality, cloaked in their smug Protestant self-righteousness and infallibility. It is Philopapism.

In reality only God is exceptional. No human being or country is exceptional.

Q: What do you think of what some call the ‘liberal opposition’ in the Russian Church, clergymen like Protodeacon Andrey Kuraev and the popular pastor Fr Alexei Usminsky? They are also opposed to these Vatican-adoring, ‘money and power’ Russian bishops, the pharisaic Philopapists, as you are.

A: The dissident liberals are opposed to the Philopapists, but not for the same reasons as I am. The liberals are opposed to such bishops because the liberals are in reality rationalistic and modernistic Protestants. Like all Protestants, they are naturally anti-Catholic, anti-Papist. However, like all Protestants they are also generally pro-Western and some are traitors to Russia, just like their corrupt enemies whom they fight and are also traitors to Russia (I make exceptions for some who are just extremely naïve and not very intelligent). We disagree with the liberals because we are not Protestants and we follow the historic Orthodox Faith.

We are not traitors, we are patriots of Russia, that is, of the real Russia, of Orthodox Rus. President Putin is preparing the way for that, for the coming Emperor. He took on not just Paris and Berlin, but the whole West and won. We hope that God gives him time to help cleanse the Church next.

However, I do disagree with the appalling way that the liberals have been treated, with their so-called ‘defrockings’ by the selfsame corrupt bishops. You cannot defrock a clergyman because he has different political views from his bishop under the absurd pretext that he is being ‘disobedient’. The threat of defrocking forced them and many others, in the Netherlands, Lithuania, Spain, USA and in Russia into joining Constantinople – they had no alternative. This is yet another example of the Moscow bureaucracy weaponising a sacrament, this time not the eucharist, but the priesthood. But grace is given by the Holy Spirit, not by pieces of paper signed by jealous or wicked bishops. Thank God, Patriarch Kyrill is beginning to remove them, suspend them or retire them. He has a lot of work to do.

Q: How is authentic Orthodox missionary work different from American missionary work?

A: If you have a missionary message to spread to others, the message of Christ, then you do not spread it by violence and threats. This is what the ‘Roman Union’ of the Vatican did. This is what the ‘Soviet Union’ did. Now this is what the ‘American Union’ (which is USA and NATO – basically the ‘European Union’) does. They have all used violence and threats. This has guaranteed the downfall of all of them. It is what is happening now.

The American Union, usually called ‘The West’, is collapsing, it too has gone bankrupt. They have done it to themselves, just like the Soviet Union. As someone from the Soviet Union, I can see very clearly how the European Union has become the same. The commissars, mentality and lies of its politicians and journalists are exactly the same. But the Godless are always defeated because they are all from Babylon. Their Tower always collapses.

Authentic Orthodox missionary work does not use violence and threats. I have recently discovered the Russian saint, German of Alaska as an example. What a great monk! And how he has been ignored by Church authorities and was resisted by Russian State authorities (long before ‘Sergianism’!). He is unknown in Russia. St German lived among the Inuit people ‘as one of them’. Not even a priest, he did not impose his language or customs by violence or threats against the people. He did not try and steal their property. He was their servant and defender, not their persecutor or a ‘prince of the Church’. He was the real Apostle of Alaska. He was able to convert people, because he was Christlike.

In this he was just like Sts Cyril and Methodius, Apostles of the Slavs, St Stephen of Perm, Apostle of the Zyrians, St Nicholas, Apostle of Japan, or St Macarius, Apostle of the Altai, he respected others. That is the problem of the Moscow Patriarchal bureaucrats today, lack of respect for others, for the Local. And that is why they are losing everything, they put politics above the Church. If I may paraphrase St Matthew’s Gospel: Seek ye first the kingdom of man, and all these things will be taken from you’. They do not deserve to keep it. God will take it away from them because they are unworthy, just as He took Constantinople away from the Greeks in 1453 because of their racism. St German of Alaska’s way is the only way that Russia could convert the world and in no other way. Any other way is Philopapist.

Q: Whenever we talk, I feel nostalgic, as though I am talking to one of the old Russian emigres I knew in the 1970s, like my godfather, Nikolai Zernov. I would sit in his apartment in Northmoor Road in Oxford and look at the huge picture, almost fresco, he had of the Kremlin ‘before the deluge’, as he called it. Then there were Princess Kutaissova, Elizabeth Lopukhina, Dimitri Obolensky, Nadezhda Gorodetskaja or Lydia Slater, Boris Pasternak’s sister. They all had the same mentality. Why is this?

A: This is because we are Russian emigres like them! But I take your remark as a compliment. All I can say is that though we lived in the Soviet Union, we always kept our family traditions from before. Above all, we never, never accepted any Sovietisation of the Russian Orthodox Church, which has increased this Philopapist corruption and perversion today. This has made it and those who are too closely allied with it, like those crazy ROCOR Protestant converts in New York, into pariahs. It is so sad and so unnecessary. They have painted themselves into the corner with their notorious scandals, as you say. Now they are complaining because the rest of the Church at best ignores them and at worst openly mocks them. But how else are you going to treat psychopaths?

Q: Do you have any words of hope for our readers?

A: Yes, there is one thing. You know, I never used to like Trump. I thought he was a clown as well as a criminal and a narcissist. He was also a Russophobe and armed the Neo-Nazis against us and sanctioned us. But recently, he said something very Orthodox, no doubt for the first time in his life and without knowing it. He said: ‘Fight, fight, fight’! I even wanted to buy a picture of this moment, but my wife stopped me. She has no interest in politics and says it is all a waste of time. She prefers gardening and our two cats to politics. She says cats are far more intelligent than politicians.

She may be right, she so often is. But I still maintain that the concept of ‘Never surrender’ is Orthodox, because Christ never surrendered. If He had surrendered, there would never have been the Resurrection. So I say that Trump was saved for a purpose by the grace of God, the bullet missed him, but hit Biden instead and stopped World War III, and we should all repeat: ‘Fight, fight, fight’! Another American said something like: ‘Only those who are crazy enough to think they can change the world do change the world’. This is in fact the definition of our fools for Christ. They change the world, corrupt and perverted bishops do not. Why, they cannot even change themselves.
