A Parable: When is the Teacher Coming?

There was once a class of sixteen boys. Of these, two were troublemakers and were always fighting each other, as each considered that he should be the head boy. Although two or three of the other fourteen had some sympathy for one of the others (they lived in the same road), generally all fourteen would look on at the two who always seemed to be scrapping and shake their heads disapprovingly in disbelief. But, rather passively, they would look on, waiting for the teacher to come. When is the teacher coming?
