Threats and Bullying, But Greece Stood Firm

By Nigel Farage

Nigel Farage tells Alex Tsipras: “Your moment has come -lead the Greek people out of the euro with your head held high”. “Get back your democracy; get back control of your country. Give your people the leadership and the hope that they crave.”

European Parliament, Staatsburg, 8 July 2015

“Thank you. What we’re seeing in this chamber this morning and indeed across the whole of Europe is an irreconcilable cultural difference between Greece and Germany. A split between the North and the South of Europe. The European project is actually beginning to die. Nobody in this room will recognise that the peoples of Europe are saying, we were never asked whether we want in this. This has been foisted upon on us and we need to understand why the EMU doesn’t work. Those monsters Kohl and Mitterrand, backed up by the clever but dangerous Delors believed that if they put in place an economic and monetary union then as night follows day, there would be political union and there would be an acceptance of this project and the North and South of Europe would converge. That we would all start to love each other and we would all start to feel a European identity, that we would all start to show allegiance to the flag and the anthem.

Those, of course, that criticised this were told we were extremists and we lacked vision. Well one vision we didn’t lack is we understood the countries of Europe are different and if you try to force together different people and different economies without first seeking the consent of those people it is unlikely to work and the plan has failed. This isn’t just Greece we’re talking about today, the whole of the Med now finds itself in the wrong currency and yet virtually nobody in the political arena has the courage to stand up and say that. Indeed, I feel that the continent is now divided from North to South, there is a new Berlin wall and it is called the euro. The old enmities have been resumed. Just listen to the way the German leader of the CDU group this morning attacked Mr Tsipras. He was actually disgusting but it shows the way North and South feel about each other.

Mr Tsipras, your country should never have joined the euro, I think you acknowledge that. But the big banks, big business and big politics forced you in. Goldmans Sachs, the German arms manufacturers, they were all very happy when the bailouts began. They weren’t for the Greek people, those bailouts were for French, German and Italian banks. They haven’t helped you at all. These years of austerity, years of high employment and increasing poverty, none of it’s worked. In fact, your debt GDP ratio has gone from 100 percent at the start of the crisis to 180 percent right now. It would be madness sir, to continue on this course.

You have been very brave. You called that referendum. When one of your predecessors tried to do the same the bully boys in Brussels had him removed. They tried their best again, Mr Juncker said you would have to leave the Euro and leave the EU. Even Mr Schulz, the president of the parliament, who one would have thought might have been neutral, said that if the Greeks voted no then power supplies might even go down. There were threats and bullying but the Greeks stood firm. But sir, you cannot have your cake and eat it. They will give you no more these people. They cannot afford to, if they give you more they have to give other Eurozone members more.

So your moment has come, and frankly if you have the courage you should lead the Greek people out of the Eurozone with your head held high. Get back your democracy; get back control of your country. Give your people the leadership and the hope that they crave. Yes it will be tough in the first few months but with a devalued currency and with friends of Greece all over the world, you will recover.

The Fight for Freedom in Europe Continues

The article below was written within days of the G7 meeting in Germany. Thus, those who support the neo-Nazi puppet regime in Kiev, issued a proclamation from Hitler’s villa outside Munich (!)proclaiming a fight against ‘corruption’! Of course, in the real world the ghetto-like G7 is now irrelevant, surpassed by the economies of the five BRICS countries. Indeed, there are those who fight for freedom from US/EU/NATO tyranny and corruption and work for the liberation of the peoples of the Ukraine from the CIA-run Kievan dictatorship. Reader, read on:

Slovak volunteer in the Donbass: “It’s our way of fighting the EU and NATO.”

Deutsche Wirtschafts Nachrichten
June 11, 2016

Translated from the German by Tom Winter

A surprising melange is coming into view at the Ukraine front: Mercenaries from the Czech Republic and Slovakia have shifted over to the Donbass to fight against NATO. Their home countries are powerless: the rebels apparently pay better.

The Slovaks and Czechs who are currently fighting in eastern Ukraine with the volunteer militias against the Kievan Army intend to put together their own unit that would be part of the so-called International Brigade of the 15th Army.

“The Brigade has a lot of Czechs and Slovaks. They get around 350 Euros a month; they live in barracks and are equipped with tanks and armoured personnel carriers,” reports the Slovakian news portal aktuality.sk.

The news portal conducted an interview Monday with a Slovak mercenary soldier, who says that the most prominent Slovak fighter in Ukraine was Martin “Sojka” Keprta, but that he is now hospitalized with injuries from the fighting.

So far as equipment is concerned, the Slovak source says there are old Mosin-Nagant repeating rifles from Soviet times, plus Kalashnikovs of two different calibres, 5.45, and 7.62 mm, and anti-tank weapons, including PTURs,** grenade launcher RPGs, and all the other weapons that they have captured.

When asked about the involvement of Russian officers or commanders in the Eastern Ukraine conflict, the man says: “In our unit there is no Russian commander. Russia helps us politically and morally. They also provide us with humanitarian aid, which is more than necessary. The Russian military doesn’t have to be here on the spot: Every day the admissions committee in Donbass registers five to twenty people, who are signed in and are going to serve. We have, in contrast to the opposite side, of course, a shortage of motorized transport. ”

Then the Slovak mercenary shares the political motivation behind his service in eastern Ukraine. The mercenary, literally: “We see the EU as a dictatorship and NATO as an aggressive pact. This is our way of fighting the EU and NATO.”

On the same day, the Slovak government released an opinion on the investigative report of aktuality.sk. The Slovak newspaper TERAZ Slovensko quoted the Foreign Ministry in Bratislava: “Such adventurers act alone and actively contribute to the destabilization of Ukraine and the undermining of diplomatic efforts. They hurt the foreign policy interests of the Slovak Republic.

“The government keeps an open and clear distance from these adventurers. The priority of the foreign policy of Slovakia remains the stabilization of the situation in Ukraine in order to achieve a peaceful solution to the crisis through diplomatic negotiations. We support the independence, territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine and condemn all attempts to escalate the conflict. ”

The spokesman for the Slovak Interior Ministry, Petar Lazarov, on the other hand wanted weigh in “for security and tactical reasons:” “Slovaks who are fighting for a foreign military or their units without authorization from the president face a prison sentence of two to eight years.”

In eastern Ukraine there are numerous mercenaries from Europe. They are fighting against one side or the other. There are also mercenaries of the US company Academi, formerly Blackwater, among them.

**Mosin-Nagant is a five-shot, bolt action rifle first developed in 1891, corresponding to an American Winchester; the PTUR (“bassoon”) is a wire-guided rocket launched from a tripod-mounted tube. Big enough to require a three-man team.]

Translator’s note: There are European politicians pushing for independence from NATO, Wagenknecht in Germany, and Fillon in France, for instance. They won’t go to jail. Mercenaries from Academi won’t go to jail either.

Greece: The Thirst for Freedom Spreads

Every attempt to bring the peoples of Europe under central control has always been catastrophic. Whether it was the centralizing military might of pagan Rome 2,000 years ago, the feudal papal project that opened in the 11th century and lasted until the 16th century, Napoleon 200 years ago, the Central Powers 100 years ago, the Third Reich 75 years ago or the EU Fourth Reich today, centralization under Rome, Paris or Berlin has always brought disaster in its wake. Blinded by their arrogance to the point of self-delusion, the centralizers have never learned from history, but always think that they are cleverer fools than the fools who went before them. Elitists to the core, they have always ignored the people and their thirst for freedom.

The fault-lines of Europe have always been clear. In the Western corner the Protestant North and the Catholic South will never see eye to eye. However much Latin bureaucrats try to force individualistic Protestants into their jesuitical collectivist straitjacket they will not fit, and however much Lutheran-Calvinist Merkels tries to foist Lutheran-Calvinist austerity on Catholics, they will not accept it either. However, beyond that, the 11th century dividing line between Orthodox Europe and the secularist rest in the Western corner is far older and far more fundamental. The attempt by Berlin-Brussels to absorb even the 17% of the Orthodox world of Romania, Greece, Bulgaria and Cyprus, let alone the 83% of the Orthodox world in Russia, Serbia, Georgia and the Middle East, has been disastrous. As for the Ukraine, the Eurocrats have blood on their hands.

Through its totally unrealistic promises, which it has been encouraged to make by Washington and its NATO legions, the EU has de facto unleashed a civil war in the Ukraine. This opposes the 80% of the Orthodox Ukrainians with foreign volunteer fighters from Russia, and even from France and Catalonia, to the 20% of the far west Catholic Galicians (formerly in Poland) and their US-paid junta in Kiev. Thousands are dead. In the east dead bodies in NATO uniforms (no doubt belonging to those trained in NATO camps in Lithuania and elsewhere) have been found at Donetsk airport, together with the bodies of foreign mercenaries paid for by the oligarch Kolomoisky, and quantities of US arms.

Meanwhile, young Ukrainians are fleeing abroad from recruiting parties looking for cannon fodder for the junta’s hugely expensive and wasteful war; others who have enough money simply pay the $1,000 as a bribe to get exempted. Civil war threatens to spread to Kharkov in the north and Odessa in the south and in Kiev itself an oligarch coup d’etat against the disastrous puppet Poroshenko is rumoured. Cold and bankruptcy menace the whole country. As for Russian sanctions, they are hitting the EU hard, whether it is Greek fruit-growers, German carmakers, French tourist-operators or Welsh dairy farmers. Indeed, Russia has received open support from seven EU countries, notably from Hungary, Austria, Slovakia, Czechia and now from the new democratically-chosen government of Greece.

Thus, Gabriel Avramidis of the right-wing Independent Greeks Party (ANEL) has said that Greece must adjust its geopolitical priorities and turn towards Russia. And ANEL has joined a coalition government with the left-wing party (SYRIZA) which won last Sunday’s parliamentary election. Avramidis said, ‘We believe that Greece should make a geopolitical turn towards the Russian Federation’. It is no coincidence that their leader Panos Kammenos visited Moscow on 15 January. The Russian Minister of Agriculture stated that if Greece comes under EU pressure, Russia is ready to lift the embargo and begin to buy Greek agricultural products with a 30-year treaty. Avramidis also described recent statements that Russia plans to build a gas pipeline to supply natural gas to Central and Eastern Europe via Turkey and Greece and to end the transit of Russian gas to Europe through the Ukraine by 2019 as very important.

Interestingly, the first meeting of the leader of SYRIZA, Tsipras, with a foreign ambassador since being elected Greek Prime Minister was with Russia’s Andrey Maslov. And his first act as PM was to visit a rifle range where the Nazis executed 200 Greeks on 1 May 1944. We have further evidence that Tsipras will substantially realign his country’s national interest away from the west and towards the east. The Greek Foreign Minister Nikos Kotzias is due in Brussels on Thursday to discuss possible additional sanctions on Russia over the conflict in Ukraine. Before the cabinet even met for the first time, the Greek government said that it disagreed with an EU statement in which Donald Tusk raised the prospect of “further restrictive measures” on Russia.”

In recent months Kotzias has written on Twitter that sanctions against Russia are not in Greece’s interests. And he said in a blog that a new foreign policy for Greece should focus on stopping the ongoing transformation of the EU ‘into an idiosyncratic empire, under the rule of Germany’. Meanwhile, left-wing parties in Scotland and Catalonia want freedom from colonial centres, and right-wing parties in France, England and elsewhere want freedom from Brussels-Berlin. They defy the EU Superclass and fight for faith, heritage and sovereignty. The war for freedom which began in the Ukraine last year is spreading.

An Interview with Popular Russian Author and Politician Nikolai Starikov

The new elections in the western Ukraine (they did not take place elsewhere) have, with a small turnout and reports of widespread rigging, re-elected the corrupt oligarch leader, who calls himself ‘Poroshenko’ (his mother’s surname), as head of the Kiev junta. Having lost the support of the Church and the masses, with support only from nationalistic sects, his Ukraine faces bankruptcy. The USA and the EU which installed the present regime have no money to subsidize it. With two lost wars in Iraq and Afghanistan and their defeated troops scurrying to leave both countries, the Middle East in a bloodbath because of Western-armed and financed Islamic terrorists, terrorism throughout northern Africa, ebola in western Africa and a China which has overtaken the USA, the Western world, itself bankrupt, has cares other than the backward and provincial Ukraine.

With winter coming, the anti-Church Poroshenko has ordered temperatures inside Ukrainian homes not to exceed 15 degrees Celsius (60 Fahrenheit). The only warm homes in the Ukraine are in the Crimea, which voluntarily returned en masse to Russia after a 60-year occupation by the Ukraine, and in the newly-liberated areas of the eastern Ukraine which have regained their freedom from the neo-Nazi tyranny in Kiev, which suppresses free speech and internet and censors the media. Meanwhile, the US-ordered civil war against the Free Ukraine continues in the east and the north and the south, further draining the Kiev’s finances. In a word, the Ukrainian tragedy continues. Below we reprint an interview with a popular Russian Orthodox historian on the current situation in the Ukraine:

Nikolay Starikov, a historian, is an extremely popular author and blogger from St. Petersburg. Several of his books are current best-sellers. He is on TV all the time, one of the most visible of a new type of up-and-coming politician. He recently founded The Great Fatherland Party, a conservative, patriotic party which espouses Christian values. The thing to understand is that he is very mainstream. He echoes what a majority of Russians believe.

Part of his success is that he is very articulate and intellectual. On TV, he often plays a professorial role, explaining complex subjects in terms people can understand – history, economics, current events. He has a very reasonable, matter-of-fact, cut-to-the-chase demeanour and it is a hit with the public. If you want to understand what Russia is thinking, and where it is heading, pay attention to this man. Here is the interview with him:

You say you are a “nationalist” Russian. Whom do you consider Russian? Are Russian values different from Ukrainian values?

Russians and Ukrainians are one people. 100 years ago there were Great Russians, Little Russians (Ukrainians), and White Russians (Belarussians). These definitions are more appropriate than current designations. It is not offensive to say “Little Russia” because it just means “original,” with Kiev the Russian city from which all of Russia originated.

Therefore, Ukrainians and Russians are the same people with slight cultural, culinary, and linguistic differences.

Being Russian is not just ethnicity but a specific world view.

Overall, there are no separate values between Russians and Ukrainians, who, along with other nationalities comprise a big “Russian world”.

Are there any values that are specific to the Russian world and are different from, say, European or American values?

Yes. The main difference is their goal in life. In the Russian world, the goal of life is to follow certain morals and commonly held values, such as duty. Western traditions are more egotistical, living for oneself. Today’s Western consumer society is a direct result of that.

If I could sum it up, being Russian means serving God. In the West, it is more of an agreement with God.

Is there room for cooperation between these different civilizations?

It is not only possible, but we must find a compromise. The problem, however, is that there needs to be an effort from both sides. There was a search for compromise between 1945 and 1991.

Now the West does not want to listen to Russia, it does not want to see Russia on the world map. A good example is current American attempts to pit two parts of the same people [Ukrainians and Russians] against each other.

Russians are ready for a compromise. But we are not the ones instigating civil war in Canada or Mexico.

So what do you think accounts for what you see as anti-Russian American policy?

First, I have no doubt that America is behind the Ukrainian coup, much like the coups in Libya, Syria and other countries, and even in friendly countries like Egypt.

The reasons are the same as the reasons behind World War I and World War II: to weaken competitors and make the dollar—and now keep the dollar— as the only reserve currency.

In our interview with Denis Pushilin (former leader of one of the regions in East Ukraine), he said he would like to see Donetsk as part of a Russian Empire. What are your views on this statement?

I think Mr. Pushilin has a rather narrow view. We must talk not just about Donetsk and Lugansk, but about the entire territory of present-day Ukraine.

This territory is the cradle of the Russian world and I would like to see Ukraine as a part of it. If certain parts of Ukraine don’t want to be a part of the Eurasian Union or Customs Union, then they can choose to go in another direction. That is what we are talking about when we talk about the federalization of Ukraine. But right now there are attempts to suppress the will of the eastern Ukrainian people with military force. It should be up to the locals to decide which path they take.

How can the conflict in Ukraine be resolved?

There are usually two ways. One is a military victory of one side over the other. The other way is for the two sides to lay down their arms and start negotiating. Right now, the Ukrainian government, which came to power as a result of a coup, is being backed by the West and that is why it has adopted such an inflexible line towards eastern Ukraine.

If Europe and America would tell Ukraine to start negotiating, they would do so immediately because they are essentially puppets of the Washington regime.

If they are Washington’s puppets, why is President Putin calling for dialogue with them?

In order for the bloodshed to stop, you must negotiate with someone. Mr. Putin, along with millions of Russians, considers the current Ukrainian government as simply being amoral politicians. But in order to stop the fighting, we must talk with someone.

What is your opinion on the recent presidential elections in the Ukraine?

I am ready to consider them legitimate as soon as the United States approves of the recent Syrian elections that took place amid a military conflict.

Many experts have suggested that what Russia really wants is a frozen conflict in eastern Ukraine, which it could then use to its own advantage. What is your assessment of this claim?

Russia does not want any conflicts on its borders, as they may spill over into Russia. For the United States this is a distant conflict and most State Department officials cannot find Ukraine on a map.

You have repeatedly referred to the government in Kiev as “fascist.” Besides claims that they are using military force against civilians, what other similarities do you see between Kiev and Nazi Germany?

If people see Hitler and those who fought alongside Nazis as their idols, can we not call these people Nazis?

You are talking about Stepan Bandera [the Ukraine nationalist who collaborated with the Nazis during their invasion of the Soviet Union]?

Yes.

Can you name some specific organizations or people that you consider “Nazis”?

Right Sector, Svoboda, and anyone who marches through the streets with posters of Bandera.

You have mentioned earlier that only a small minority of people in eastern Ukraine have taken up arms. What accounts for such a small number of those willing to fight?

There is nothing new about this. Even during the Russian civil war, tens of millions of people did not take up arms. Most normal people are usually hesitant to fight, thinking any crisis will just blow over.

And yet the Maidan protests attracted thousands of people.
Yes, but I don’t think they all signed up to join Right Sector and went to fight in the East.

We are not talking about military matters, but simply people showing up to express support for their point of view.
There were also two million people who voted for secession in the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. There are only about four thousand people who are ready to fight, and those are people who signed up for the Ukrainian National Guard. The Eastern separatists have more people than that.

What is the future of Russia-NATO relations?

I see a future of relations that are courteous and without constant provocations, such as the ones by NATO against Russia. Our American colleagues would understand our position better if we wanted to put a couple hundred missiles in Mexico and Canada. They should remember the rather strong reaction by President John Kennedy to Soviet attempts to put missiles in Cuba.

Those defending NATO expansion say that those countries wanted to be part of NATO.

Okay. But Cuba also wanted to house Soviet missiles voluntarily.
If America did not object to Russian missiles in Cuba, would you support Ukraine joining NATO?

That would be a great trust-building measure on their part, and Russia would feel that America is a friend.

Not the First and not the Last

Since the 1960s, and even before that, spiritually sensitive Western people have been drawn to embrace Russian Orthodoxy, realizing the historic and far-reaching errors of the Western world and that their only salvation is in Holy Rus. This movement of repentance for millennial apostasy continues today. As we reported on 10 October, a French resistance-fighter, in combat for the liberation of the Ukraine from the Nazi/Uniat globalist junta in Kiev, has joined the Church in the free Ukraine. He was soon followed by another Frenchman and now, most recently, by two Catalans. Here follows a translation of excerpts, under the original title, from an interview between themselves and the priest who received them. (See: http://ruskline.ru/news_rl/2014/10/20/my_ne_pervye_i_ne_poslednie/

What drove you to come here and fight in this war?

How could we stand aside? We saw on TV how they are bombing towns, peaceful civilians, shooting people and burning completely innocent people to death, raping little girls, cutting people up and selling off their organs, the mass burials and the destruction of churches. These are monstrous, unheard of crimes against mankind! We cannot understand it, in Spain the army protects the people, but here the Ukrainian army is killing its own people. How can this be happening in the 21st century? Clearly demonic powers have been unleashed in Novorossiya (eastern and southern Ukraine)….Your pain is our pain, our tears, and your victory over the Fascists is our victory. That is why we are here, God has called us here. We are not the first and not the last.

Spain is not next door, how did you get here?

We are Catalan nationalists. Just for coming here to fight we would get long prison sentences in Spain…We had to overcome many difficulties to get here….

What is life like in Spain?

After the crisis life has not been easy in Spain. There is high unemployment, especially among the young. Joining the EU did not improve our lives, prices rose, life did not get any better with debt, we suffer economic slavery. Spain is rotting from corruption, democracy is just a word, the country is controlled by clans of oligarchs. We have been fighting for the freedom of Catalonia for a long time. Evil values are being foisted on us, even though the overwhelming majority of the population is against…

When did you last go to a Catholic church? What is your attitude to faith? Did you know anything about the Orthodox Church at home?

There is no Orthodox church in our town and we knew nothing about it until we met you. We cannot remember when we last went to a Catholic church…

Do you like our church? What did you feel at the service?

The church felt like a home for our souls, everything is unusual, beyond our understanding, but close to our souls. To be honest, when we were at a Catholic service, we sat down but after half an hour we felt weighed down, but here, standing up, after two and a half hours, understanding nothing, we felt as though it had all lasted only 20 minutes.

St Andrew’s Work

Introduction

A spectre haunts Europe. It is the spectre of freedom. From north-west Europe to south-east Europe, professional politicians of the Establishment elites are quaking: they may lose their jobs and with them all their opportunistic careerism and self-seeking will have been for nothing.

Scotland

Perhaps on orders from a worried Washington, today three English public schoolboys (in fact one a Polish Jew who attended an elite State school, but his manner is still that of an English public schoolboy) have hurried to Scotland in panic. They fear freedom and the people who may vote for freedom. Washington is worried about a new country that, initially at least, will be free of both its political and economic arm, the EU, and of its military arm, NATO. No doubt the CIA, through its poodles in England, is listening in on nationalist conversations, in the hope that it can discredit Scottish leaders. Certainly, the sight of three English public schoolboys in Scotland will bring in a great many votes for the Scottish National cause.

Together with them, all European Establishments are worried. If Scotland does opt for freedom, Wales, Northern Ireland and then at last England will also free themselves, but France, Spain and Italy, at the very least, are also directly concerned, for they too have minorities, from Brittany to Catalonia, from Lombardy to Corsica. All artificial unions are doomed to collapse, whether the Soviet Union, the British Union (UK), the European Union or the American Union (USA). The implications of freedom for Scotland are enormous; little wonder that the Westminster Establishment has scurried to Scotland. However, the more intelligent among them must realize that, whether their last-minute delaying-tactic bribes work or not, Scotland’s departure from the Union imposed on it over 300 years ago is sooner or later inevitable. The game is up.

If a yes for freedom vote is recorded, the UK will no longer exist and the British flag will seem an anachronism. But if the UK no longer exists, then we shall all be free of the EU. The absurdly-named United Kingdom Independence Party, UKIP, will have to call itself what it is, the Independence Party. As for the three other political parties in England, they can then at last coalesce into one and rename themselves the single party for EU-appointed careerists and opportunists – which is what they have long been. As for a place on the UN Security Council, perhaps that absurdly biased organization can at last be restructured and places given to the countries that really matter and represent the real world: China, India, USA, Russia, Germany, Brazil and South Africa.

The Ukraine

Kiev’s rag bag ‘army’, composed for 50% of western Uniats and schismatics, and then of Nazis, criminals and US, UK and Polish mercenaries, supported by US and Mossad advisors and rockets, has failed to impose its tyranny on the eastern Ukraine. Having shot down a Boeing airliner, Kiev’s army and air force have been totally discredited. Over 3,000, mainly civilians, are dead, killed by the CIA puppet, the corrupt arms-dealing oligarch Poroshenko, now a war criminal. Even the cream of US PR men could not get him more than 25% of the vote, similar to that obtained by various other US puppets in Latin American banana republics and South Vietnam over the last 65 years. Even the EU, largely responsible for the original fiasco, is realizing that the Ukraine is just another artificial union, a conglomerate formed by the Russophobic Communist Party some 90 years ago, and now ardently defended by the West (which also founded Communism in Russia).

Novorossiya, New Russia, the southern and eastern half of the ‘Ukraine’ (in fact western Russia), the object of these terrifying Western-organized atrocities in 2014, is heading for freedom as part of the Russian Federation. So too are many in central and northern Malorossiya, though in Kiev neo-Nazi bands are still terrorizing the population who seek refuge in the Russian Federation. Carpatho-Russia, miscalled by Kiev ‘Zakarpat’e’, also wants freedom; if it does not join the Russian Federation, perhaps it will return to Slovakia or even Hungary, leaving Ukrainian persecution behind it. This leaves only Galicia, or eastern Poland, where all the troublemaking Uniats and schismatics are. It seems that President Putin would be happy for it to return to Poland, since most Galicians have nothing in common with Orthodox culture.

Moreover, Uniat persecution of the Church in the Ukraine has at last brought realism to the last few remaining ecumenist fantasists and naifs in Russia and also to those in Romania. In neighbouring Moldova the Church has taken a firm stand against the EU and its Satanism, despite the bribed pro-EU politicians there. What an example to Romania. And the EU is not having its way in Serbia and Montenegro either. Despite the presence of CIA-funded Protestant sects in the Ukraine, Moldova and Romania, the people have resisted. It may be that by the end of 2014, we shall see great political changes in Europe, both north-west and south-east.

Conclusion

Both Scotland and the Ukraine, not to mention Romania, are close to St Andrew. Let us pray to the first-called apostle that, come his feast in the secular month of December, we shall have good news in all the countries where he is venerated. Freedom is in the air and sooner or later we shall have it.

Holy Rus or the Atheist West

There is no more hot water in working-class parts of Kiev. Pensions are half of what they once were and workers are being made redundant because of closing enterprises (most of the Ukrainian economy depended on the self-imposed loss of the Russian market). Adulterated bread is on sale in Kiev bakeries and many goods are no longer to be found in the shops at any price. Most men are avoiding the draft, no one wants to go killing their own people and die for the oligarch/Uniat junta. The natural gas supply is running out for the bankrupt regime and is due to be gone as the autumn and winter approach. The German Chancellor has just been in the Ukraine to warn the Ukrainians not to steal the Russian gas on which Germany depends for 50% of its energy supply. As for the Malaysian Airlines flight that the Ukrainian Air Force shot down, as was revealed by German sources, the events surrounding its downing by the junta have just been ‘classified’ by Western secret services, which supplied the logistics. The junta is in trouble, as are the Uniat and schismatic hierarchies which openly show their demented approval of it.

As in 1914, there is still a Holy Rus, even though the predatory West brought down the Imperial Christian government three years after 1917 and still, the BBC often at the forefront, vilely slanders the holy Tsar Martyr Nicholas, all his holy Family and all faithful Rus together with them. Holy Rus includes Russia, Belarus and the Ukraine, as well as many other areas of the world and living hearts and minds in 62 different countries, who resist spiritual death. Holy Rus wants to live in peace with all other peoples of good will. Of course, that means that Holy Rus, by definition, must come into conflict with the narrow-minded Western world, which preaches spiritual death and so does not live with good will towards others. The only things that it believes in are its right to totalitarian control of the rest of the world and its resources, that ‘might is right’ and that ‘money (and not Love) makes the world go round’. This is the New Dark Age, called the ‘New World Order’. Support Holy Rus and oppose the spiritual death of the atheist Western world – this is how we honour God and His Church.

Is Europe Spineless?

A war is going on in Europe. True, wars are going on in Syria, Libya, Iraq and Afghanistan, all wars directly caused by Western greed for natural resources and consequent meddling. Those countries have been wrecked and devastated, hundreds of thousands lie dead, all because of Western interference and exploitation. But this new war is in Europe. True, there is an old war in Europe, in Serbia, occupied and downtrodden for fifteen years beneath the boots of NATO troops, and tens of thousands there look to Russia for liberation from the ravages of US/EU tyranny. But that war is now a bloodless war of ethnic cleansing and occupation, whereas in the Ukraine it is now horribly violent with mass graves. Parents of the teenage draftees of the so-called Ukrainian Army are rescuing their sons, taking them back home, so they will not be forced to kill their own people or themselves be killed.

The recent Presidential elections in the Ukraine (turnout = 45%), where a Western-inspired civil war is taking place and the ruling neo-Nazi junta controls only a small part of the country, were, apparently, perfectly legitimate. (Yet, the hypocritical Establishments of the West declare that the present Presidential elections in Syria are a ‘farce’, because they are taking place during the Western-inspired civil war there). True, both the wars in Europe and in Syria are not really civil wars as much as wars between foreign mercenaries (in the Ukraine hired by the mafioso oligarch-puppets of the CIA-installed regime in Kiev, in Syria paid for and armed by puppet dictatorships in Qatar and Saudi Arabia) and the martyred people of the Syria and the Ukraine. And the people are being slaughtered in their hundreds by those Godless mercenaries in a genocide, simply because they want faith and freedom.

The US neocon elite plans to make the Ukraine into a testing ground for its GM crops, banned in Russia, as also in the EU. However, the EU wants to bury around Chernobyl its nuclear waste. Already priests are being murdered and tortured, forced to flee from Kiev and Odessa to Russia, they cannot resist the intimidation and threats to their families. Make no mistake – just as in ex-Yugoslavia and Syria, this is a war on Orthodoxy and only, only, the enemies of Orthodoxy, Uniats, sectarians and so-called ‘Orthodox’ modernists (= apostates), rejoice in it. Thus, only a few days ago the pope of Rome, a rabbi, an imam and a Greek patriarch met to conspire. However, on the banks of the Jordan only a few miles away, the actual Orthodox Patriarch of Jerusalem and a delegation of Russian bishops met to concelebrate. Babylon and Jerusalem just a few miles from each other….

The still unbrainwashed peoples of Europe, resisting the bread and circuses fed to them, are seeking freedom from the federalist EU Fourth Reich dictatorship. In recent days we have seen how the peoples of Europe are beginning to revolt against the EU Babylonian nightmare. Believers of left and right are united, whether it is the leftist parties of Greece, Bulgaria, Italy and Spain (or Paul Craig Roberts and others in the USA) or right-wing leaders like Marine le Pen, Nigel Farage, Helmut Schmidt, Vaclav Klaus (or Americans like Henry Kissinger, Pat Buchanan and Ron Paul). So we can answer the question of our title and say this: the good news is that the peoples of Europe are not spineless. The bad news is that the European Establishments and the EU elite are spineless. Utterly unprincipled. They swim with the tide – and that tide comes from satan.

The Liberation of Europe and Russian Orthodoxy

As the last elderly ecumenists of a dying generation meet in Jerusalem, the results of the European Union Elections give hope. Whether in France, the UK, Greece, Italy, Spain, Austria, Denmark, Hungary, Germany, Italy and a number of other EU countries, the peoples of Europe are in revolt against the Babylonian European project. This has been foisted on them by the Establishment elites of Europe, their handsomely-paid Eurocrat servants and those who stand behind them. Whether left or right, anti-EU and so pro-European, pro-people, pro-social justice, pro-freedom and pro-Tradition parties are gaining support in Europe.

In the UK there is a particularly interesting situation, for just as the European Union Establishment elite is worried, so too is the British Union Establishment elite. This is not just because of the populist and misnamed UKIP (United Kingdom Independence Party) which should perhaps be called the EIP (the English Independence Party), as it has far less support outside England and English Wales. It is also because there are national movements especially in Scotland but also in Wales, which wish to put an end to the old Unionist structure of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, in which latter there may now be a majority in favour of reunion with the real Ireland. This move against the pseudo-British Unionism of the UK is in miniature the same move as that against the pseudo-European Unionism of the EU. It is the same yearning for freedom against Big Government.

Just as the survival of the EU (with Kievan blood still fresh on its hands) and its once seemingly inevitable development into a despotic Superstate is threatened, so too is the survival of the despotic British Union, the UK. The threat here comes above all from the independence referendum to take place in Scotland after the summer. Allowed by the same elite which ironically disallowed the overwhelming results of the democratic referendum in the Russian Crimea, Ukrainian for only 60 years, it may result in an independent Scotland, British for 300 years. This would mean the end of the UK and also of the British flag, an invention of the Imperialist, slave-trading, ‘Rule Britannia’ 18th century. It would inevitably be followed by referenda in Wales and Ireland and also, at long last, freedom for England, enslaved for 950 years by the foreign ruling elite’s myth of Britain.

Perhaps the four nations of the Isles (England, Ireland, Scotland and Wales) can be saved from the Roman-Norman-Germanic Imperialist myth of Britain and find again their freedom, sovereignty, independence and dignity. If so, they could then form a free Confederation of the Isles, with perhaps a Parliament in the Isle of Man, from where uniquely all four island nations are visible. And, following that model, the nations of Europe could also be saved from the Carolingian-Napoleonic-Hitlerian Imperialist myth of Europe and find again their freedom, sovereignty, independence and dignity. If so, they could then form a free Confederation of Europe, with perhaps a Parliament in a free Carpatho-Russia, which is after all the geographical centre of the real Europe. Is it possible that the peoples of Europe are voting for freedom which they will attain?

The EU Establishment elite is all the more concerned in that the bid for freedom in Europe is backed by President Putin (defended by the UKIP leader as well as other European politicians), from whom the foolish Mr Cameron was expecting support against Jacobite Scottish independence. The attack by the Hanoverian Establishment Prince Charles against President Putin’s support for freedom in the Ukraine, Europe and the UK is here significant. He has just returned from a $400 billion energy deal with China, with which Russia has been forced to ally itself since the aggressively anti-Russian, expansionist US/EU alliance in support of the separatist CIA-installed junta in Kiev. The President supports traditional moral values, which only a few years ago were considered to be civilized norms; today they have been thrown away as the decivilized West heads for suicide.

The choice is clear: Holy Rus or Conchita Wurst; Recivilization or Decivilization. This is the choice available today. All else has been tried and has failed. For if China, and for that matter India and the rest of the East, want to go the way of the eccentric and isolated West, they too will end up with Conchita Wurst. The only alternative to the West, Orthodoxy, is there at the heart of the Eurasian Economic Union. Christianity is and always has been a Eurasian Faith, symbolized by the double-headed eagle of the Church, uniting East and West. Just as Russia liberated Europe from Napoleon’s Empire in 1814 and liberated it again from Hitler’s Third Reich in 1945 (thus, as the ungrateful Prince Charles seems to ignore, having saved Britain from starvation and surrender to Hitler in 1942, as Churchill foresaw), will Russia be called on to save Europe again, this time from the expansionist EU Fourth Reich?

With all this in mind and the example of a dissolving UK, there is no reason why European regions such as Catalonia, Galicia, the Basque Country, Brittany, Corsica, Wallonia, Flanders, Lombardy, Sardinia, Sicily, Bavaria, Saxony, Sorbia and many others may not also become independent. It is just, but only just, possible that Europe may yet abandon the centralized bureaucracy of Imperialist EU tyranny and choose to restore freedom, sovereignty, independence and national dignity. It may still be possible that Europe will, for a time at least, postpone Babylon and choose freedom. It will be supported by the Russian Orthodox world. Hope in Europe.

The Big Picture Beyond the Ukraine

The further a society drifts from the truth, the more it will hate those who speak it.

George Orwell

The battle for the Ukraine is on. All earnestly pray that there will be no full-scale genocide of the peoples of the Ukraine by the US-appointed neocon regime in Kiev. Those who live outside the Ukraine, including in the Russian Federation, can and should only watch, making sure that there is no NATO invasion, as is threatened. Russian intervention would only be justified in order to protect Ukrainians from such genocide by the US vassals in Kiev. In principle, it is up to the peoples who live in the present-day borders of the Ukraine to decide their destiny, which may even include leaving the country. So far only the Crimeans have done this, overwhelmingly expressing their desire for freedom in their referendum which at last restored them after a 60-year interval to the Russian Federation. Democracy thus denied access to the US fleet which had intended to use the Crimea as its Black Sea headquarters.

Here we should make no mistake. The general US-EU encirclement of Russia is designed to end Russian access to the North Sea, the Black Sea and the Mediterranean. By encircling and confining Russia to an isolated landmass without outlets to the sea, bullying US-EU empire builders seek to limit Russia’s role as a rival power centre and possible counterweight to its imperial ambitions for hegemony in the Middle East, North Africa, South-West Asia and the North Atlantic. The bankrupt US and transvestite EU are intent on destroying independent, national and non-aligned governments throughout the world and converting them into imperial satellites by whatever means are effective, ‘divide and rule’ being the favourite. Thus, the US has moved from encircling Russia via ‘elections and free markets’ to terror and economic sanctions in the Ukraine, the Caucasus, the Middle East and Asia.

Washington’s (‘the international community’s’) strategic objective is to isolate Russia, undermine its military capability and erode its economy by strengthening NATO’s political and economic collaborators/national traitors/NGOs inside Russia – so dividing it, returning it to semi-vassal status and grabbing its gold. Bankrupt Washington’s One-World goal is to place neo-liberal political puppets in power in Moscow, just like those who oversaw the pillage and destruction (‘privatization’) of Russia during the infamous Yeltsin decade, creating the oligarchs. The US-EU power grab in the Ukraine is a step in that direction. The neo-Fascist junta in Kiev has now unleashed a large-scale military offensive against the pro-democracy, anti-coup, Russian-speaking majority in the east and south of the Ukraine who have been demanding a federal form of government reflecting Ukraine’s cultural diversity.

The US-EU has promoted this ‘military response’ to mass popular dissent and encouraged the coup regime to eliminate the civil rights of the Russian-speaking majority through neo-Nazi terror and to force the population into accepting junta-appointed regional rulers/oligarchs in place of their elected leaders. In response to this repression, popular self-defence committees and local militias quickly sprang up and the Ukrainian Army was initially forced back with thousands of soldiers refusing to shoot their own compatriots on behalf of the Western-installed regime in Kiev. Some even joined the freedom fighters. For a while, the neo-liberal junta had to contend with the disintegration of its ‘power base’. Following the advice of visiting CIA Director, Brenner, the junta then dispatched its elite ‘special forces’, trained by the CIA and FBI, to carry out massacres of pro-democracy civilians and popular militias.

Thus, the puppets of the crumbling US Empire bussed in armed thugs to the diverse city of Odessa to stage an ‘exemplary’ massacre: burning the city’s major trade union headquarters and slaughtering 42, mostly unarmed, civilians who were trapped in the building with its exits blocked by neo-Nazis. The dead included many women and teenagers who had sought shelter from the brutes. The survivors were beaten and imprisoned by the ‘police’ who had passively watched while the building burned. It is clear that NATO strategists who planned the putsch were only thinking about weakening Russia militarily and gave no thought to the costs of sustaining their puppet regime in Kiev when Ukraine had been so dependent on Russia. They appear to have overlooked the dynamics of the predictably hostile east and south of the country, which after the massacres are now utterly lost to the murderous junta.

Today Kiev can barely afford to feed its soldiers and has to rely on neo-Nazi volunteer militias. The junta now lacks legitimacy among most Ukrainians and has lost control of all but a small patch of land occupied by government offices in Kiev (echoes of Baghdad and Kabul). It has even lost the loyalty of the neo-Fascists and other now disenchanted former supporters. In general, their power-base of Uniat or schismatic Galician nationalists from the borderlands (ukraina) in the former Polish far west have decided that they want to leave the Ukraine and join the bankrupt EU. Only it is not at all clear that the EU will ever want them, bankrupt as they are. Meanwhile, in other parts of the Ukraine, the peoples of Transcarpathia (Carpatho-Russia) and Transdnestria would like to join the Russian Federation, though they have no borders with it and are far away, unlike those of the Crimea.

The majority, the peoples of New Russia in the east and the south and the peoples of Little Russia, including Kiev, in the centre, are now alienated; the regime is killing its own and so has lost all legitimacy. Although it is clear that the Ukraine will survive its present turmoil, it will be with a real and non-NATO government, different borders and, quite possibly, a different name. It may be that a new Ukraine will revert to its historic name of Little Russia and consist only of Little Russia, New Russia, Transdnestria and Carpatho-Russia, losing the Crimea and, to its relief, trouble-making Galicia. Such a Little Russia would enter the new Eurasian Economic Union, which will initially consist of the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan and Belarus. That would be the solution to the sorry Ukrainian saga, which is only a delayed result of the fall of the Soviet Union, with its ill-conceived internal borders, a generation ago.

That fall was itself the delayed result of the fall of the Russian Empire, the original geopolitical catastrophe in 1917. And that attempted destruction of Christian (Russian) Civilization was ultimately caused by the apostasy into Catholicism of the once Orthodox Christian West a thousand years ago. In 1204 in its pride it attempted to destroy Christian Civilization by sacking its capital in New Rome. It then degenerated into the Judeo-Christian or Catholic-Protestant world, which has now degenerated into the Euro-Atlantic and openly anti-Christian world. So this is a geopolitical struggle which has been going on for centuries. Thus, in 1854 the Western Powers invaded the Crimea (then, as now, in Russia) to destabilize and weaken the Russian Empire. Then they invaded the Ukraine for a second time in 1914 and for a third time in 1941. And now in 2014, they are doing it for the fourth time.

Thus, it can be said that the First World War of 1914 never ended – it was only ever interrupted. And it is being continued today, exactly one hundred years on and in the Ukraine again. The aim of this new aggression is to destabilize and weaken the unexpected and unwelcomed (for it) resurgence of Russian Orthodox Civilization. This aggression is only the next stage of a four-pronged aggression against the Orthodox Christian world: against the Patriarchate of Constantinople and the other ancient Patriarchates of Antioch, Alexandria and Jerusalem since 1917; against the Balkan Churches in Serbia, Romania, Bulgaria, Greece and also Cyprus since the 1920s; against Syria in the last three years; and, finally, today again, against the Ukraine. The atheist West cannot allow Russian Orthodox Civilization, which is the hub of the whole Orthodox Christian Church and Civilizational World, to grow strong.

The current aggression, led by the atheist US administration and backed by atheist EU bureaucrats, is then aimed at splitting off the Ukraine from Russian Orthodox Civilization. The latter stretches from the Polish border to the Pacific Ocean, with outposts far beyond in China, Korea, Japan, Alaska and in a great many other countries throughout the world, including in the Western world. And in this matter we faithful Russian Orthodox in the West have to meet our destiny and responsibility by being outposts, oases and envoys of that uncompromised Russian Orthodox Christian Civilization. The main arm being used here by the US is Galician nationalism, a terrain which has been well cultivated ever since the Hapsburgs. Ironically, however, as a result of that nationalism, today’s Ukraine has given up its freedom for dependence on the bankrupt USA and the EU (Berlin).

Just as Berlin organized the invasion of the Ukraine in 1914 and 1941, so it is invading the Ukraine once more in 2014, exactly 100 years after their first invasion. History is being repeated because people have not learned the lessons of history. True, this time the invasion is political and economic, but in fact Germany has always needed the Ukraine for Lebensraum (living space) and as a market for its exports. Thus, ironically, in its attempt to be independent of Russia, the Ukraine has become a vassal of the neo-feudal West. The only way in which Russia can bring most of the Ukraine back is if it can become an economic magnet for it – as also for the rest of the Orthodox world. This means throwing off the tyranny of Western neocon economics by developing the Eurasian Economic Union, which the atheist West is doing its best to undermine, precisely by destabilizing the Ukraine.

The unity of the Russian Lands was first lost with the overthrow of Imperial Russia after the First Germanic Invasion of 1914; they were gathered together after the defeat of the Second Germanic Invasion by the Soviet Union in 1945; then their unity was lost for a second time with the overthrow of that Union in 1991. We wonder if they are not being gathered together once more, in 2014, not this time by military means, but by political and economic means. Thus, nobody in their wildest fantasies has the intention of gathering together the Orthodox and Eurasian Lands militarily into a new Soviet bloc. Nobody wants or needs such mistakes of the past, however much the West wants to provoke a war between the brother peoples of Russia and the Ukraine. But what we do want to see is a new and voluntary Union, a new Empire, based not on Communist values, but on Christian values, on the Church of God.

This new Eurasian Empire, an Empire of the Spirit, but also a political, economic and social Empire based on Orthodox Christianity, would be a centre against the atheist West. The Russian Federation has to meet its destiny and responsibility, creating a centre of independence for Christendom against the forces of Eastern paganism on the one hand and Western atheism on the other hand. This was after all the role of the Tsar’s Russia before the Revolution and this can be the role of a renewed Orthodox Empire once more, a centre for all who do not recognise paganism or atheism, but recognise the Church of God, belong to Her and confess Her Faith without compromise. St Alexander Nevsky, who in the thirteenth century stood alone to defend the Church and Civilization against the barbaric Catholics wrote: ‘We must strengthen our defences against the West and seek friends in the East’.

Today’s Russian Federation has understood this and understood that playing with Western liberalism, that is, with Sodom and Gomorrah and the law of the jungle that has so miserably failed in the last decade in the Ukraine, as it did in Russia in the previous decade, will mean social, demographic, political, economic and industrial decline. The West wants an Arab spring in the Ukraine, a new Libya and Syria. But it has not understood the power of Russian Orthodox Civilization and that borders do not go through artificially constructed countries, but through the faith in human souls. The West may well have recovered its troublemakers of the nationalist, Uniat and schismatic far west Galicia, but it has lost the rest with its massacres. Orthodox Little Russia will survive as an independent sovereign state, outside vassal status to the US/EU cartel and with its soul, culture, identity and language intact.

Through its Ukrainian adventure, as also through its adventures in Constantinople, Antioch, Alexandria, Jerusalem, the Balkans and Syria, where it provokes apostasy through Uniatism, Protestantism and Ecumenism, the West has only reinforced the geopolitical sovereign identity of the millennial, multinational Russian Orthodox Civilizational World. Once pro-Western oligarchs are withdrawing their money from the West and its Israeli proxy and repatriating it, feeling betrayed. Once pro-Western elements in Russia and the Ukraine are beginning to understand that the pro-Russian and pro-Ukrainian Orthodox of Holy Rus were right all along. As St Alexander Nevsky also said: ‘God is not in might, but in truth’. And that is something that the Western elites have never understood and never will, for they have never believed in the God of truth, only in their own towering Babylonian pride.
